David is awesome. He came to my house about 30 minutes after I called. My power was going on and off and I thought my breaker box was bad. He checked it out but had me call SDGE before he did any work. Turns out I had a bad connection to my house. He could have done work and charged me but didn't. He is honest and that means a lot in this day and age. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and I will be using him for future jobs.
