Lights and garage door opener went out in garage and laundry room -- no breakers were tripped so I couldn't figure it out. Called Anson Electric based on Yelp reviews, very pleasant woman (blanking on her name -- Teresa maybe?) scheduled me for same day service, then called to say that the electrician finished a prior job early and would be showing up an hour early. Super professional and friendly electrician (again blanking on name -- Scott maybe?) quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue -- I highly recommend Anson Electric.

The job was tougher than expected but the electricians that showed up did a great job. They were persistent and professional. Great price for the work that was done.

Would have given 5 stars but a few scheduling issues held back that last star. Luckily, I was working from home, so the changes did not impact me as much as they would have had I taken time off of work to be here when they were supposed to show up.

Changed the appointment time and didn't notify me. Then they to turn it around like it was my fault, then were condescending acting like I should wait around a week or more. HORRIBLE customer relations. After taking time off from work to be home, din't waste your time.

Disclaimer: I cannot speak to David and his team's work, but I can speak on his customer service and expertise. We did not go with Anson, but they will be a company we keep in mind, due to their responsiveness, professionalism, and pricing.

Matt came out as scheduled, and was very thorough in his walk through, and notes. David was responsive throughout the whole process.

Hopefully we get to work together in the future.

After an extensive search for an electrical contractor to remove, flip and replace an old subpanel, I decided to move forward with Anson Electric. The owner, David, was extremely prompt and responsive to all of my questions, Teresa in the office was very easy to work with and Matt, the assigned electrician, was personable, professional and highly skilled. In addition, to installing the subpanel brand of my choosing, Matt also installed a companion whole house surge protector consistent with National Electrical Code compliance. I feel confident that my home is now electrically safe and free of the potential hazards of my previous near 50-year-old Zinsco subpanel. Matt came over ahead of schedule and was very pleasant. I showed him the room we wanted to move a ceiling fan from one side of the room to the center. He said it would be no problem and quickly got to work. He made sure to lay down plastic to catch any dust/debry. He asked about placement and offered his opinion. It turned out great! Once he was done he cleaned everything up. Great attention to detail, timely and personable. I would definitely use them again!

I had evaluated them in the past with 5 stars based on first experiences I had with them. A while back one of their electricians was quite some work but we managed to come to some progress this time I had an issue with CFD lights and they provided a very unreasonable quote for a repair and I went with someone much cheaper and to be honest from my perspective friendlier.

I needed support replacing 3 old, 4-ft florescent light fixtures in my garage. Anson Electric was easy to communicate with and had great pricing compared to other companies I reached out to. The work completed was fast, and great quality. Oscar did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
