Our initial reaction was that they are very good electricians. The work that we asked them to do was done promptly, correctly, on time -- or so we thought. We asked them to diagnose a connection in our kitchen. Although no work was done they diagnosed it as being installed correctly. We have yet to see if that is accurate. It has been faulty, so we'll see. We had them install a new outlet for a work area on our second floor. That appears to be done correctly.

Finally we had them troubleshoot and repair an outdoor outlet that has been damaged by some landscaping work we had done. They got this outdoor outlet working correctly. However the inside outlets in the second-floor bedroom immediately opposite of where they repaired the outdoor outlets are now behaving strangely as if there is a damaged wire in the wall boards in that room. In fact, all of the wiring in the guest suite is behaving as if there is a short in it.

These plugs and lights are going on it off randomly in the guest bedroom and all the lighting in the guest bathroom is arbitrarily choosing to work or not work whenever. And, these plugs and lights are not attached to any sort of GFI and are not responding or breaking any breakers. Very dangerous.

Since this is right next to the outdoor wiring that was supposedly repaired I'm a believer in cause-and-effect.I have called Anson Electric at least 10 times. The owner has not returned my call. Nor have they rescheduled with me to come out and take a look.

I am extremely concerned and hope my house does not BURN DOWN!

At the moment I would give this place a strong ""DO NOT RECOMMEND -- NONRESPONSIVE""

Especially when you consider that 1/4 of my house basically doesn't have power because of them

Hi David.

I called you company line and spoke directly to Yvette and left messages. I called hourly all day. The electrical in this room is going on and off intermittently depending on how we wiggle the socket. This is not good. If we plug something in one of the sockets and wiggle it all of the lights in the bathroom and the bedroom start working. I am not comfortable with this -- it's a short so I know it needs to be repaired.

I had a problem with the power to my garbage disposal and dishwasher. Anson Electric was kind enough to walk me through some solutions and find the problem. They didn't come to my home but saved me a bunch of money with some expert advice. You guys are great!

Pro: Alonso and his apprentice were efficient on fixing my exhaust fan. They diagnosed the wire connection problem and connected the correct wires under 20 minutes.

Con: The crew arrived 15 minutes late than scheduled. The price was slightly over the quoted but within the reasonable range. Also, I would recommend putting on shoes cover during work.

Installed and wired two new overhead ceiling fans and patched/retextured holes. Couldn't have asked for a more professional group of guys. Arrived on time, cleaned up after, checked before/after job to confirm exactly what I wanted. Prices were competitive especially with the wall repair included, it was still better priced than other quotes I received without wall repair and texturing. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I even got the business card for the drywall repair company directly in the event I need any more drywall repair in the future. Dave came over to quote a complete electric upgrade for our historical home. He went over everything in detail and modified his quote after I added several changes and modifications. His electricians did a superb job despite several challenges to include minimally intrusive plaster wall cuts to accommodate old 1920's wiring. They also installed several recessed lighting canisters and ensured that I was completely happy with the end product. Upon completion, Dave came over personally to address a few items that I wanted corrected and they even helped me to install some antique wall sconces that were never included in the original quote!
