I used Anna's Electric for the second time. I called this morning, left a message and the call was returned promptly. Someone came out about 12:15. He kept us updated on the time he would be there. Who does that? He had rewiring to do in the panel box, under the house and at the plug. The charge was very fair. They were prompt, courteous, had the experience to know what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to use Anna's electric for all my electric service...I am sold!

I called, and the first thing I hear...hello this is Anna.
Not a recording, not an answering service, not Rhonda receptionist...but the owner actually answered the phone! So 5 stars there.

Then I tell her my issue with breaker box/panel. Her answer was a true diagnostic answer!!! Not a ...well you know it's probly time to rewire the whole house...but we don't know til we spend 8 hours a lookin and diggin around and we charge on the half hour...
Anna asked me to go to breaker panel...we talked and I ended up emailing her pictures for a closer look. I gave her a minute to look at my email and she called me back and said guys are on there way and here is what I think the deal is...one of two things. So another 5 stars!!

We hang up ... Then she calls me back, asks if the breaker box/panel (which I told her was in garage) was easy to access from driveway...the closer the truck is the faster the guys can work...oh my lord are you KIDDING ME!!!!! She was concerned about what I was paying them to work...I have NEVER had a contractor that concerned about that.... 50 stars!!!!

Guys arrive take of my issue until we can get a part we need to fully correct my problem in the safest way.

Anna, Chester and all who work with this business are in my opinion the best...very old school in the way they do business and I love it!!! LOVE IT.

All the stars in the sky to this deal. I am never calling another electrician.

I can't really say enough great things about Anna's Electric. If you're looking for professionalism, high quality and efficient work, and fair prices, look no further.

I found Anna's when looking through Electricians to rewire my 1926 house. Anna's been in the biz for decades, and safe to say she and her husband/Senior Electrician Chester know their stuff backwards, forwards, and every other possible way. Their crewmembers Chuy and Jesus are fantastic also--fun guys who know exactly what they're doing when it comes to electricity. Over a period of three weeks, they systematically ripped out the old and unsafe wiring in our house and replaced it up to code while making important repairs along the way. They were excellent about answering the questions I had in the middle of the job and catering to some other modifications I wanted them to make, leaving me feeling like I was really in the hands of trusted friends or family members.

Based in Oak Cliff, the only problem you're likely to have with Anna's is availability, as they are pretty much constantly booked up by loyal customers.

Because of weather and some other things, I did have the occasional issue with emergency calls requiring their services in the middle of my job, but it didn't cause me any problems and they very generously offered to comp another of my repairs as a result. I was enormously impressed with the level of personal service and was left feeling extremely satisfied.


I'll never go anywhere else for any kind of electrical work, and neither should you. These are the kind of folks 5-star reviews exist for. Thanks so much!!!

Anna's Electric company was referred to me by a neighbor. I have used their services twice now and could not be more pleased. The are expert electricians. They are prompt, polite, efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. They were able to correct a number of electrical issues in my older home quickly with no complications and they charged me a fair price!

I'd imagine this is how it used to be... When you knew your neighbors, people waved and said hello with a smile just in passing on the street, a person's word was all you needed and was good as gold, everyone called Joe at Joe's plumbing for their pipes, took their cars to Sonny at Sonny's Garage for service and called Anna at Anna's Electric for all things electric! The lost art of human interaction still exists and I'm pretty sure Oak Cliff is the only place you can find it and Anna is doing her part to keep it alive and well. So honest and what would have cost up to at the least the thousand dollar mark only cost a few hundred. It was million dollar service and expert quality work on a dollar and a dime budget. I still know the names of the 3 man crew that came and pretty sure I'll add them to my Christmas card list this year. You just don't get service like this anymore and where you usually feel like you've lost a fight and been beat up and robbed you'll walk away feeling like you've gained so much and won something! Sounds unbelievable and strange huh? Well its definitely not strange but it sure is rare! Thank you Anna! And Thank you, Chester, Chet and Chuy! You all ROCK! Humanity still exists...

The best service ever. I had them come out to work on 3 separate issues at my house. They showed up on time and finished the work in 30 minutes. I will call them back if I never need electrical work done again.

Anna and her crew are great! I have used them on a big job (bringing my electrical panels up to code) and some small jobs (replacing/adding outlets, repairing blinking fixtures) and each time it's the same ol' thing...awesomeness. They work quickly, explain clearly, clean up after themselves and as far as I can tell the prices are fair. They will be my first and last call for any future electrical work.
