First of all I want to express how satisfied with the work the work Anis Construction did with our project. We had a drywall project for our Family room Dmitry gave us a quote that was more than competitive . The project was finished in the time frame he promised ,they arrived each day on time and cleaned up each day. Was very professional. And in the end the final cost came in under the original quote ( Who does that) Whenever other remodeling projects come up , we will certainly call Dimitri and Anis Construction again.

* He was always on time, he never missed a day without a warning. Keep project moving to completed in expected time. After hearing many stories that owners are chasing contractors to complete unfinished jobs, you would not be one of them with Dimitri!
* His estimates were detailed, reasonably priced and honest - no hidden fees. Whatever been discussed and agreed before beginning the project, remains the same during and after end of the project.
* All jobs that been done by Dimitri and his team was high quality and according to construction codes and regulations. All City inspections had been passed from a first try!
* No matter how good your plans are, but remodeling existing house, may bring some surprises and challenges. With Dimitri's experience and creativity, we easily overcome all challenges. His ideas and suggestions helped us adjust our plans and build even better bathroom.

Installed an EV charger. Very responsive. Initially everyone was telling me the job would be 2-3x more expensive than expected. Dimitri was helpful in finding the right solution when he easily could have just charged me more for something that I don't need. Also able to do the work faster than anyone else. Had a breaker in our electrical panel break (due to age) and Dmitri responded quickly, was communicative and was able to take care of us that same morning. Got us back up and running in about an hour, and that was with a trip to the store for the correct part. Grateful for excellent service at the best price I found.
