They use mostly temps from staffing agencies and treat them like garbage. In one day, a lead of a project screamed at people and then came over and apologized at least a dozen times. When asked to watch a conduit that was in the process of having cables pulled into it, and you see an obvious problem and call for a stop. Only to be dismissed with a ""don't yell stop, I know what I'm doing"" by the boss man (that told you to watch the conduit). You step back......keep your mouth shut and watch as the mule tape explodes less than 10 seconds later because it was tied off at the other end and shoots somewhere down a 800ft run......You just laugh to yourself and shake your head. If you are okay with a ""grown"" man jumping within an inch and a half of your face and swearing at you due to a medical issue, this job is perfect for you! I was in disbelief dealing with this company. It has been a long time since I've seen a company with such a lack of professionalism and communication. Another awesome example of the lack of integrity and character demonstrated by this company was when the lead ran over and jumped within an inch and a half of my face screaming and swearing at me over a medical issue that I was having. If he had come any closer or flinched, I would have been forced to hit him purely out of self defense as he was insanely aggressive and I did not know what he was going to do next.
