Andre himself arrived the next day - on time, after sending clear info via text. He was realistic with us about our options and related pros/cons, did excellent work at a fair, agreed-upon rate, and cleaned up meticulously. He is an excellent listener/communicator, open to feedback and genuinely committed to client satisfaction. What a relief to have him/his company as a trusted source of help in the future!

Btw nobody ever spoke to me. That message from text was the last message anyone from your business ever replied to me. Nothing on Yelp. Not even a call back after leaving a voicemail with my name and number. Which I didn't need to leave since we were corresponding to each other thru text. So please don't try to gas light saying I am talking about the wrong business. That's just so crazy.

The service was so great! We had a water leak that was seeping through the cracks in the caulking in our shower and going behind the dry wall. Andre diagnosed the problem quickly, re-caulked our shower and cut out and replaced the portion of drywall that was affected. The best part, he walked me through the entire process step by step after I expressed interest in learning. He took extra time and added extra steps to the process all for the sake of helping me learn, which meant a ton and was unexpected. If you're looking for someone who puts care into their work, I highly recommend supporting Andre.
