Andre himself arrived the next day - on time, after sending clear info via text. He was realistic with us about our options and related pros/cons, did excellent work at a fair, agreed-upon rate, and cleaned up meticulously. Btw nobody ever spoke to me. That message from text was the last message anyone from your business ever replied to me. Nothing on Yelp. Not even a call back after leaving a voicemail with my name and number. Which I didn't need to leave since we were corresponding to each other thru text. So please don't try to gas light saying I am talking about the wrong business. That's just so crazy.
