Useless. We got a near-immediate response, which was a boiler-plate template stating their hourly rate but did not answer any of the specific questions we asked about our project. Then I responded with questions twice and never heard back.
They want to say they are responsive, but they aren't. We never even got a conversation, much less a bid or quotation.
Who knows what their work is like ???

The two electricians that came out to my house to fix my landscape lighting were rock stars. These lights were installed many many years ago and about six years ago they shorted out and I've called at least 10 companies to come out to look at them. Half never got back to me and the rest either were too expensive of couldn't do the job.

Long story short, these guys hit the ground running. They fixed the short by rewiring the connection, reconnecting the lights in the garden and replacing the burnt out bulbs. Their price was very reasonable. I'm super satisfied and will use them again in the future.

Had appointment a week ago and at last minute they asked to reschedule. So we did. However they no-showed/no-called for the rescheduled appointment today. I called and texted, but they never responded. Total lack of professionalism and disregard for customer's time.
Now I'm having to find a new company to do the job that I expected these guys to do today.

We had a small electrical job and called around to various electricians in the area. We explained in detail our electrical needs. We were assured by the owner that they could take care of the job.
The job was to put a plug on the outside of a barn to run either 2 110v or 1 220v to a tiny home. The plug on the barn needed to be converted to an ""RV"" style plug and a receptacle put on the tiny home. There were a couple of switches and plugs that needed to be replaced inside as well. But they were considered minor.

The electrician arrived and he was not equipped to take care of the job. He was not familiar with the work that needed to be done. He didn't have the basic electrical parts on his truck and had to spend more than 2 hours at Home Depot on a busy Saturday shopping for parts.
When he returned to the job site there was still some discussion between he and the owner as to the best course of action. Basically by the time he left after arriving a 4 hours earlier and spending 2 hours at home depot, he had hammered in a ground stake.

The first electrician left and I discussed the project with the owner that week. Next time 2 electricians arrived. They installed a receptacle on the barn, and a receptacle on the tiny home. And they pugged in a high voltage power cord between the receptacles.

A GFI was supposed to be installed at the same time and they did not do it. Another electrician had to come back (after I noticed the missing receptacle).

All totaled we were charged for ""X"" hours of labor and over $700 dollars in parts. I had been offered a fixed price or time and materials. I chose the time and materials because this was all very accessible and from my perspective should have been pretty straight forward for electricians who are used to working on ranches.

After it was all hooked up the tankless water heater that was in the tiny home kept blowing the circuit. I asked the electrician why and he pointed out that it demanded too much current for what I had available.
Before we started the project, I walked the electrician through the project and it would have been very helpful if he had told me before we started that I was going to have a load problem. The electrician did check breakers and knew what we had available.

In the end the job took much longer than necessary and cost us much more in time and money than seemed necessary. In the end I have had to abandon the tiny home demand for 220 v and go to a propane powered tankless hot water system because of the electrical demands on the tiny home.

When we asked for an itemization of hours and materials they said they could not itemize the parts and the hours were what they were.
We overpaid for a job that we are not satisfied with the work that was done.

Victor set an appointment for 12PM today. Was a no show. Did not reply to my text, did not pick up my phone calls. Did not give me any text or call notice on his end for late or cancel. Quite literally ghosted me and wasted over an hour of my time during a busy workday since I had to drive to the location to the meet and now I have no time for lunch either. Disappointed is the least I can say.

Also noticed all the low ratings are related to them ghosting people who had an appointment with them. Frankly, that shows a lack of professionalism literally on step one. Waste your time with them at your own risk.

I'm pleased with the service provided by Andrade Link Electric. He provided a prompt estimate, arrived on time and completed 3 projects efficiently. The two people were very helpful and friendly.

One project required troubleshooting a light that was not working. He found that a prior electrician incorrectly wired the fixture. After 2 years of darkness, the light is working again!

I would use their service again.

I had a last minute project I needed help with. I contacted them early afternoon and my project was finished before 7!! The work was done fast and clean and very affordable. The Andrade brothers are my heroes!!

We a great experience with Andrade Link. They arrived on time, quickly discovered the issue, left to get the parts required ASAP, and finished repairing the damaged panel at our apartment building inside the two hour window they quoted us.

We have a home built in 1959. That we had purchased in the fall. We paid a different electrician to do the work it was a mess.

So I went on yelp and used the message request center. I heard back so quickly from Andrade Link. They were so helpful and friendly. Victor set up a clear guideline of payment process. Was clear about the number of workers per job. As well kept to his quotes. It was not cheap. The work is great and my family is safe. So much stress was lifted.

We had four fixtures we needed to install in our home after an interior paint upgrade and ran into issues with the wiring.

The electrician from Andrade Link Electric arrived on time and installed a recessed light fixture, two kitchen pendant lights and a bathroom fixture in just under three hours.

He was very professional and cleaned up the areas after the install!

I would recommend Andrade Link Electric to my neighbors who need to upgrade any of their electrical fixtures in their homes!
