We wanted to put 3 fence posts and got a quote from Arnold. Then he asked us to pay him cash and said he wouldn't give a receipt. We don't do cash and we need a receipt. Then he started to pin point how unsafe certain areas are when crime rate map indicates the area is relatively safe. We will not recommend this business.
