I've used Loren Anderson several times over the course of many years, and he has always done excellent work. However, the last time I used him will be the last because he grossly overcharged me.
I needed to get power to a switch which controlled the pump of an outdoor fountain. When he came in the morning his evaluation was that he needed to run a line to the main breaker panel some 40' away. I agreed to his price of $700. When he returned in the afternoon to do the work, it turned out that he only needed to go to the nearest outlet which was only about 6' away on the same wall. His total time for both morning and afternoon was no more than 3 hours.
When I asked him what is hourly rate was he said that he didn't have one because he was a contractor. I felt I'd been ripped off.

Awesome company! I called to have some minor electrical work done and after meeting Loren (the owner) and receiving a very reasonable price quote, I decided to give them a try. They were super quick and efficient and the work they did was wonderful. I was so happy that I actually called them back a couple of days ago to have them install a gate for me. Loren is a really down to Earth kind of guy. Not all uniformed up and impersonal, but not dirty and greasy either haha. Seriously cannot believe I am writing a review for electrical work but what can I say, these guys earned it.
