I will start by saying just look at their horrible review totals. I wish I had.
My story is too long to explain within this review. The bottom line is we trusted them to fix a humidity issue we were having in our home that had resulted in a mold problem. We had the mold remediated and wanted to make sure the issue would not comeback. In comes AND Servies, they look at our AC system and provide multiple 'Options' and advise this will resolve the humidity issues we were having in our home. After spending $11,441 the issue was not fixed, not even the slightest change. It took a dozen calls and promises of call backs from their managers to finally have them send out one of their ""Senior Technicians"". After his review of our system and the work AND Services completed, he advised that the work we had completed wasn't what was needed to fix the humidity issues we were having. To sum up; AND Services advised what was needed to fix our issue, replaced and repaired what they claim was causing the problem for over $11,000, the problem was not resolved, I have a call log of over a dozen phone calls trying to speak with someone in a managerial role, and multiple promises of a call back. In my last conversation one week ago (Wed. Dec. 11th) I was told someone from the corporate office would call me back no later than that Friday, and if not, the person I was speaking with would. It is now Wednesday Dec. 18th.

Go with a different company, NOT AND Services.

I call this company for a estimate to repair a Freon line that landscapers hit and got a pip hole on the line that led to Freon escape , when this guy Mathew show up the first thing he said was that I had to replace the whole unit because there was no way to soldered the line , so that my only choice was to invest on a new unit at 13k , then he change his mind when I told him I didn't have that kind of money and said well we can replace the whole Freon line thru the attic and will cost you $3750 , but insisted that that option could make my unit go bad in 2 -4 months .
I call 2 other companies and they came and for sure they both agree that line could be welded and do all the repair for 2 k$$$
Looking at this guys reviews I'm not surprise they want to scam people over and lie about the repairs they need to be done ..... stay away from them

I paid 5 grand to replace Electric box because the electric was not reaching the air conditioner. The same day after the box was completed my kitchen area blew fuses. This happened twice and I was given different answers that did not solve the problem It took 90 days for the 4 tech to to recheck the box. He said that the wires were not tightened and he tightened them and said it was fixed and now 4 months later my electric is not gettting to the air conditioner and its in worse condition than the 40 yr old one they removed. When you call your calls are screened and they say they will get back to you or that they will send someone out. They need to be called numerous times and may or may not call you back once you have paid them. Twice the tech did come when an appointment has been made and then they try and lie and say they didn't know when their company documents it. THEY don""t cancel that just let you sit there waiting and when you call to check and then you have reset another appt. SO POOR techs who can't diagnose the issues, you think you are paying an electrician and you end up with techs who aren't able to replace these expensive boxs . I am probably going to have to contact a consumer attorney as well as the loan company.

SCAM ALERT- I called for a slow/clogged drain. They told me 2-4 hours. They called back later and said tomorrow.
AND plumbing came out the next day and said they had to remove a toilet to snake the drain. That didnt work. They went out to the main and snaked/jetted the drain and ""unclogged"" it. They charged me $900.00

3 days later the drain was slow again. A different guy came out and told me the first guy didnt know what he was doing. The new guy said we had pipe (pvc) issues and talked about 4 differnt services ranging from scaling/jetting ($3400) to replacing the entire line $34,000), I refused. I went to Walmart and bought liquid draino. Problem fixed in 30 minutes !

A complete rip off. The technicians do not know what they are doing . I was charged $350 to unclog the plumbing and before he left the system was not unclogged and was recommended to pay $4000 for a service that I did not need . I would not recommend anyone do business with them

These people are scam artists. Had them come look at my system. They diagnosed it as a ""bad control board"" $1700 for the repair and the control board covered under warranty was supposedly $1200. I did some research. Found that my model of AC does not even have a control board. I replaced a $.30 fuse and a $25 transformer from Amazon and was up and running. Stay away from this group. I checked and IF my system did have a control board, Amazon has them for $35 (not the $1200 these liars quoted). $1700 labor for a 30 minute job!!

Do not use this company as they do not pay their employees for training. Son was hired, trained for 4 days, company called and said they were not going to continue with the new dept. Company refuses to pay for his time he spent training for 4 days.

Scam! They totally tried to scam me. They did not fix the issue. I was scared and nervous with a guy in my house that would not leave unless I paid him. I still had a backed up tub and had to call another plumber. Do not fall for false promises or an add that says GUARENTEED to fix your drain for $79....not only was it not fixed he charged me over $300 then gave me quotes to fix things that did not need fixing for costs of over $12,000.....all for a clogged tub. The other plumber could not believe that And Services would try and pull this crap and kept apologizing since it is companies like And Servcies that make the honest ones look bad. The other plumber unclogged my drain in about 10min and said I did not need any other work. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! There is a reason why they have several 1 star reviews. Wish I saw that earlier! Tech name Jim stay away!

Stay Away! This company will oversell you on promises and underdeliver on results. I contacted them because two bedrooms in my house were much hotter than the rest, despite being closest to the air handler. Hendrick came out, inspected the attic, and explained that my ductwork was outdated. He proposed a solution involving three plenums to improve air distribution. Even though their quote of $11,700 was almost double another company's quote of $6,000, Hendrick convinced me they would do it right and fix the problem.

I wasn't home during the three days they installed the new ductwork, but I asked for pictures of the finished job. When I received them, I noticed there were no three plenums as promised. The installer had no idea what I was talking about, and when I spoke with the installation foreman, he admitted that Hendrick had sold me something they couldn't deliver. After 20 minutes of getting nowhere with the foreman, I contacted Ally Bank to dispute the charge. Unfortunately, they sided with the company, and now I'm stuck paying $11,700.

To make matters worse, the two bedrooms are still just as hot--if not hotter--than they were before the work was done. Bottom line: don't trust their sales team, get everything in writing, and find a company that can actually deliver on what they promise.

Asked for a quote for a leaky bathroom faucet. Tech ended up giving me a quote for replacing two faucets that came to nearly $1,800.

Found someone else who replaced both sink faucets for under $400.

This company overcharges you big time. Buyer beware. Always get multiple quotes.
