This company And Services operates under multiple dbas which means (Doing Business As). They use Alexa Air dba And Services as well as AG of EC Inc dba And Services. I was informed by their attorney that And Services is a non-existent entity. They also have Advanced Air Solutions dba Cool Now and about 7 other company names. I would encourage anyone to look up the reviews on these other companies. In my experience, I would highly recommend NOT using And Services.

Not 24 hours when you already spent the money to replace your unit. The 3rd party answering service doesn't know what they are talking about. The girl at the office can't do anything. The warranty department sucks! Go anywhere else to get your AC fixed!! This is not good or even mediocre service.

Four days of plumbing issues and called a second plumber to actually finish the job. The initial team was very knowledgeable however the work crew was confused and unable to get the work completed. The solution of raising the toilet with 2 inches of grout was poor workmanship and not the proper way to fix a toilet. They did dispatch the initial team twice to mark out what needed to be done, but day 4 was just too long. We are having another plumber check the work outside that was done for quality. The other issue is that we were not made a priority to restore. We were informed someone had a new job for them at 8am in day 4. They would fit us in the afternoon. We paid over 8000.00 for this poor service. The management team then informed us that they were doing us a favor and nothing was eligible for a refund. Which is fine lesson learned in paying in advance. When you are in a plumbing mess the last thing you need is to be taken advantage of.

I called for a quote to repair what I was told by another company was a problem with my AC ductwork, Stacey came to my home within hours of contacting And Services. He was professional and thorough. He found no issues with the ducts and even took photos in the attic to assure me that everything was intact. The other company told me I needed to replace all the ductwork and it would cost thousands of dollars. Thank you Stacey!

Anthony G installed a new 200 amp indoor panel with grounding and surge protection. He was here all day and worked diligently the whole time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend And Services and Anthony. I'm extremely satisfied.

They installed my a/c 6 years ago. Seemed they did a good job. Checkup 2 months ago went ok. 2 months after checkup, my wife informed me there was cold air coming from side of a/c. I checked and where the a/c met the vent, there was an inch wide gap, 2 feet long. Cold air was escaping from this gap. The guy that did the checkup did not inform me of this gap. I notified AND and they never replied. Unfortunately, I signed up for their $188 special and will probably eat it. I thought they were good but I should have read the reviews of which 90% are negative. I do not see how they stay in business. Call someone else!! They must not check these reviews!!

SCAMMER ALERT!!! SCAMMER ALERT!!!
We live in citrus county Florida, and on 7/8/24 We had our 10+ year old heat pump stop delivering cold air overnight and we called
""And services"" and they sent out a tech. He took some info off the unit and then opened the air handler unit.
He then told me our unit was in disrepair and it would cost $14,000 to replace it, we could finance it through his company for $139 a month, he proceeded to show me green color on the copper
Tubing and told me the green color meant all the freon leaked out, I knew he was full of crap I told him I would get back to him. I called a family owned company called
""EXCEL
MECHANICAL"" in Citrus county he came out and had my unit running good as new in 20 minutes, my problem was a condenser that cost was $263. it is great to see there is still companies out there that aren't trying to scam us like And Services did, they should be ashamed.

Called on the afternoon on July 3rd with a problem with the ac. AND had installed the ac unit about 1.5 years ago and it was just serviced in Dec. I was told someone would be out on the 4th between 9-11. did not hear from anyone. called on the 4th and they escalated, said the road was closed and they couldn't make it out, but no one bothered to call us. called late morning on the 5th - they had accidentally entered the appointment for the 4th so not on schedule for the 5th. they corrected and escalated again. this time the manager was in on the new schedule, was listed as urgent and a note put in for first visit on the 6th. was also told we were VP since they installed the unit. called on the morning of the 6th and were told there were other calls ahead of us - people that didn't get serviced on the 5th so they were first. they would try to get out to see us by 3-4. keep in mind we have been waiting since the 3rd! The poor people staying at the house had already wasted 2 days of vacation waiting for someone to show up. I asked them to escalate again and was told there were no managers who worked on the weekend (it was now Saturday), so no one could get the dispatchers to schedule us earlier. I understand it is a holiday weekend, but they advertise 24/7 service, we are supposedly ""VPs"", and they can't seem to get their act in order. Service was responsive for the first year we used them, but this is unacceptable! it is over 100 outside!

total ripoff. told my daughter in law needed to replace complete a/c unit for over $12000. only needed to replace a capacitor cost $186.including service call. bunch of bandits
