7/20/2021 - Unreasonable estimate but agreed on an amount that was slightly less but still way too much.
7/27/2021 - Plumber shows up to move plumbing around for a 2nd floor bathroom remodel. They bust a pipe. Water everywhere, dripping through the floor into the kitchen. We lose all lights with water pouring from them and had to turn the breaker off.
7/29/2021 - Remediation people come out to load up my house with power pulling fans and dehumidifiers, cut out the wet ceiling drywall in kitchen and bathroom.
8/4/2021 - Remediation people add MORE fans and dehumidifiers.
8/18/2021 - Realize the work they did was subpar when the vent stack boot popped off (thank god the drywall hadn't been put back up yet), they hadn't put in the p-trap, and the water lines and drain were not where they needed to be. Was told too bad, they did what they were paid to and wanted more money.
8/19/2021 - Still have holes in my house because no one has fixed the ceilings where the drywall was removed. It's cost over $300 in extra electricity costs from the fans/dehumidifiers plus the A/C is just going straight into the attic. It's been nearly a month. We still don't have any lights in the kitchen. We've called more times than I can count and only today received a return call when I said my patience had run out. The return call was just to inform me that I'd get another return call 'shortly'. I have not heard from anyone. I'm beyond done.

And Services is a piece of shit company. I'm sure their website is built with false reviews since it took them an hour to reply to my call on 8/13@ at 11:45 am. Once they called me back, I told them I'm calling for my parents, who are in their eighties; once they verified with them, they told me a technician would be out in 2-3 hours.Well it's 8/14 @ 10:40 am and still no call or message from, so I called and representative check and still have no reason why they didn't come. She remarked that there are no more appointments today, and they can reschedule for Sunday. I said, if you can't tell me why the technician didn't arrive, why the hell would I reschedule with you. She has no reply. Worthless business with no customer service at all.

SHAME ON THEM!!
This company uses salespeople who strongarm you into ""buying today"" to get the good price (which you can get any day of the week from a better company).
Then they sell you their one year maintenance agreement by telling you it's necessary for warranty coverage.
Then, about a year later, they tell you that your new ac needs a ""hard start"" kit, and while the parts are covered by the warranty, after one year you have to shell out almost $300 for this device, or you're going to develop compressor problems.
At just under 3 years of age on our quality brand AC, they came out to do their maintenance service (which at 90.00 is pretty pricey for each call). The tech finished with remarkable speed. How did he even have time to clean the unit (among the other contracted items they are to comeplete). The fun is about to begin:
He asks me if I knew about the ""hard start"" kit, and the potential for compressor failure. He then said that the compressor is failing and I should get it replaced. Warranty of 5 years covers the parts, I get to pay 1800.00 for their labor. The service personnel seemed very eager to get this going, again ""today"". Was he thinking of a possible commission payment added to his check from the customer misled?
In my opinion, this company is really, really bad. They deserve the rating of one star.

Wayne came to my house in a HUGE time of need for my family and ripped us off. He convinced us this was the best offer and he wasn't a sales person and we didn't need other quotes. If you need a quote and have time, I guess calling them isn't a bad thing. But if you need something done quickly, as I did, and you need a company you trust to be honest, do not fall for this company. They will take advantage of you. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this scam. We have two small children and had plumbing issues, and they over charged us by $2,000+ from the market rate. And I know it is my fault for not getting more quotes because we were in such a rush. Then, their back office support is bad as well and wouldn't give us a receipt. Worst experience of my life, I never leave reviews but feel like I have to to help more families like mine.

This is a tough call. The service techs are great and hard working. I give them 5 stars. Management, I be generous and give them 3 stars. They make promises then you get excuses. I would rather have someone say to me, ""we can't start this week or today and say we can start on Tuesday next week. For me they showed up on Thursday afternoon, started the job, then did not show up on Friday and did show up late Saturday afternoon. They worked about 2 1/2 hours. They did not show Monday (a holiday) or Tuesday but did show up Wednesday and Thursday. Always the same reason. ""An emergency came up"". I called last Tuesday to speak to the Boss and tell him how good his tech's are and was told he was busy and he would call back. You guessed it, he never called back. Yesterday (Monday) I call for my neighbor and they said they could be there that afternoon. They did show up to give an estimate and collect the payment. They claimed they had to get parts and would be there between 9 am and 11 am. Nope they didn't show up. I called and the first call I was put on hold and left there. The second call the lady was very helpful and I ended up talking to the service manager. He gave me all the reasons they didn't show up yet. I explained, again, the lady is an 83 year old shut-in. He said he would call her. He did not call her and here it is 2:15 pm and still nothing. Again, their tech's are great. Management sucks. It has long been said ""word of mouth advertising is the best advertising"" Not in this case.

They charged me 6500.00 for a new AC; and they told me they replaced my duct. Later, I had condensation dripping from my vents and down my walls--under my paint of my expensive 720 sq. ft. wooden home. I had them come out to troubleshoot. First they told me I had a hole in my duct... once that was patched, the problem did not go away. I had other AC companies come out and they explained that the unit And Services put in was too big for such a small house--a 2 ton unit, (my original was a 1.5 ton). The owner of And Services sent Bryan, 'who would get to the bottom of it', he confirmed that yes the unit was too big, I did not have enough vents, but that would have probably happened anyways if they switched it out to a 1.5 ton-- but he assured me that they would help me and wanted to put new vents all over my house, and I could add a vent to my garage, and they would give me a discount. Needless to say, the owner NEVER returned my calls. Later, I receive an email, stating they had been trying to get a hold of me for my yearly service (not true) but that I wasn't answering my calls!!!

Poor customer service, lack of communication. They claim to have professionally Trained Technicians but the end product proves otherwise. No one that answers the phone can ever give a straight correct answer and the people who can are never at work.
I paid $18,000 dollars for a complete AC system, new air handler, outside unit and complete engineered duct system, system keeps leaking through the ceiling and ""AND Services"" doesn't seem to be equipped or capable of correcting the issue they caused when the installed the system.
Any company can find a few good reviews to put on their web site this company is a terrible choice, don't let my terrible experience by yours call someone else. They say their ""Honesty goes a long way"" in my experience it doesn't go farther than the trash can.

My plumbing stopped working. They sent this gentleman out. Don't remember his name. He answered my many questions. He put a snake in the toilet and nothing happened he tried very hard. Said next step was going in a pipe on the roof for $450 and my brother said no. That is the going rate. Thanked him for doing it. I said how much. He said nothing I didn't fix it. Awesome!!
I was very happy. Turns out it was the Septic system as I thought. Never pumped out since I lived there. That was a whole other story I'll tell you later.

I contacted AND Services via Home Depot for a new A/C system for my home. They came out and installed and thus far all was well. They forgot to put a cover from the AC to my home leaving it wide open to animals. The next day they came and put a cover on that Mr. Tin man could have done e better job. Again I complained. Next day a new man came. They installed the cover from the AC to home. Next day, the State inspector came and failed the job they did. AND Services failed to know the State Codes. The AC was to close to the ground for the flood area. Next day they came and did the job that should have been done the first time. HOWEVER........ this time they did not bolt the system down or cover the area from the AC to the house leaving it open to all the animals. It appears after three calls today with no action they really do not care about customers. This is Friday and 2pm. I called three time from 9am till then. Always checking on it. The service from this company falls under the name POOR. Things should have been done right the first time. Clearly they do not seem to care about their CSI. My home still remains open to all animals. The company clearly does not seem to care about customer service. Typical, get your money and do nothing. I will be filing a law suit against the company if anything such as a SKUNK gets under my home. Their service ranks a inch above SUCK as does their follow up. Home Depot has been notified

I wanted to give 0 stars because I'm so frustrated with them and will be canceling our membership.
But I'll give a more reasonable review...
We signed up for the membership because we had a great experience with them fixing our AC late on a Sunday night. We were hoping that their plumbing and electrical services that they advertise would be on par with that one experience.
They were not. The biggest issue is actually getting someone to come out when you requested a service. Electrical guys cancelled three times and just didn't show up the fourth time. Similar experience with plumbing. We waited around the whole day for our 9am-11am appointment that eventually turned into a 1pm-3pm appointment, and no one ever showed up. We called the office multiple times and they were very apologetic, but that doesn't really fix my kitchen plumbing.
Actually! I just remembered that their AC guys did the similar thing. We requested service on a Monday and they never showed up, so we just found someone else (and we let their office know). Then they randomly showed on a Friday when everything was long done.
It was just a really disappointing experience 90% of the time. Again, especially because the first one was so great, so we expected more.
Some people may get lucky and they will actually get someone to come out, but don't sign up for the membership.
