Charlie is very experienced and knowledgeable. I had him install a 240V plug in my garage for my electric car charging station. Even though I told him I was still unsure about purchasing an electric car, let alone installing a 240V electrical outlet, he still offered come by my hto check out my electrical panel and to give me a quote for the work. Gave me a lot of advice regarding electric car chargers but there was no pressure sales. I decided to go ahead with the work a few days later. His prices are very reasonable, probably the lowest I've seen. Professional work. I will definitely do business again for future electrical projects around the house.

Had Charlie install a Quiet Cool whole house fan and wire a ceiling fan outlet. Whole house fan was perfectly sized. You can really feel the fan suck in the cool outside air and push out the heat. While I was about to leave a message on his phone, he was already calling me back. I told him the specs of my home and that I needed a whole house fan. He quoted me over the phone and added that he was available the next day. I spoke to my wife and told her, ""I like this guy. He appears to be very knowledgable. Didn't try to up sale me and he offers a military discount."" I called Charlie back and we were set to go the very next morning. He arrived on time and did a thorough and clean installation. He was in and out like a ninja. When I arrived home, there was no evidence that any work was done in my house, besides a damper installed on the ceiling and a wall switch. The unit works very well and we are so well pleased. We have NEVER dealt with any other contractor that is PLEASANT to deal with, ON TIME, THOROUGH and CLEAN!
