When our air conditioning wasn't working, I called and Daniel, the owner, came out the same day. The A/C was over twenty years old so turned out I needed a new one and he got to work right away, picking up the new outside condensing unit for me and new furnace to replace in the garage. Any question I had, Daniel had the answer. You can tell he knows what he is doing and is friendly, and courteous. He did a thorough job. The attention to detail was great. It was hot out, and he did his best to get the job done quickly so we could get our air conditioning turned back on. The price was cheaper than other quotes I got, and the unit he recommended is actually saving us money on our monthly bill now because it's more efficient. I was happy with the job. I will definitely have Daniel come out to do my yearly maintenance service from now on. It's great knowing I have an affordable A/C company I can trust.

When our A/C started blowing warm air instead of cold I called Anaya Electric, Heating and Cooling. Daniel, the owner picked up right away. It was already past five, and it was during a heat wave of 112 degree weather. He was on his way to another job site, and agreed to still come out that evening. When he showed up and looked at our A/C unit he concluded our worst fear- that old A/C needed to be replaced . We knew because of the age of the unit, the time would soon come, but we were hoping we would get at least another year or two out of it, but that was not the case. Anyways, after this was concluded we agreed to purchase the unit and have Anaya Electric, Heating and Cooling install it. Daniel came out the next day to begin working on installing the unit, removing the old one, etc. He took extra care to make sure everything was properly installed, and helped us with the new thermostat. He did this all for a very fair price and used quality products. I will be using this company to service my A/C unit in the future, and would absolutely recommend them. It is hard to know who to trust when you are spending that kind of money, but I feel that we made the best choice. The new unit is way more efficient, and works like a dream.
