Had these guys come out in early February for an estimate on a job which they said they could start in the first two weeks of March. Had heard no word, so contacted them to follow up. After a few missed calls on each side, I got a hold of someone where they were ready to come out and take a look to give an estimate. I stated that they had already done that and they seemed confused. They then stated they wouldn't be able to work the job now until the end of April. I realize folks are busy, and our job, relative to commercial, or large residential jobs, was rather small, but it seems a poor way to do business.

Called and left a message, was called back inside of 25 minutes, Doug was very professional. Within 2 hours someone was at our house, problem diagnosed and fixed that day. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Very satisfied, highly recommended.

Look no further if you need electrical service. We had fluctuating current levels throughout our house and Chris diagnosed the problem immediately as a bad neutral line coming from the pole and attached to our house. A PGE problem. Chris got PGE out within the hour and a potentially disastrous and dangerous situation was quickly rectified. And what he charged us was amazingly reasonable. This outfit is the best.

PG&E came out and told me the problem was mine and to call an electrician. I called three and left messages. Never got a call back. Called An Electrician and Chris showed up at my house three hours later, removed the cover and looked at my breaker panel, pulled a bad breaker. He told me that might fix the problem and to let him know after giving me a fair and reasonable estimate of cost/time if it did not and an explanation of what was involved. No charge.

Steve and Chris were so helpful and came to save the day! We hired a ""handyman"" (or not so handyman) to come replace our heater/fan/light in the bathroom which turned into a fiasco! But, the guys from An Electrician came to the rescue immediately and took care of the live wires that were exposed so everything was safe. They returned the next day to complete the job plus 2 more electrical projects. We are so glad we called An Electrician and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called three electricians these guys were the only ones that could fix the problem Brant electrician sucks Trinidad cancelled these guys saved my butt fixed all my electrical so I could pass inspection. These guys are Lifesavers hands down will do everything to come out quick and do the job right thank you so much and helping me sell my house on time passed all inspections with flying colors thank you guys so much

The electrician seemed nice. He told us he'd give us an estimate and when he'd be able to do work. We waited several days and finally emailed/texted him for the estimate. He said he was too busy and it would take at least a week for the estimate. It's been over a week and still no estimate no contact. Update: texted the guy 4 days ago. No reply, just time wasted.

I haven't lived here for long and had no idea who to call when the power went out.
These guys were nice, professional and got the power back on really quickly.
Would definitely recommend them.
