I cannot say enough about Massis and Trevor. I had Massis come out to give us a quote for two bathroom fan/light combos. He gave me a fair estimate and said that he would be able to have the job done the following day. Both showed up on time and had the fixtures installed in exactly the time that Massis had estimated. I know after looking in the attic that this was not an easy job, but it sounds like Trevor was able to contort his body to get the work done and also on a hot day!

Absolutely a five star experience. Massis and Kevin installed fans, outlets, recessed lighting, Cat6 networking and Ubiquiti wifi access points. They come in exactly at the time they promised. They answered all my questions. When scoping out the work, Massis spent an hour in and out of the attic and told me what was doable, what was maybe and what was impossible. We worked out what was best under these constraints. In the end, everything worked out as expected. Some 'maybe's turned out to be workable and he did it. I am totally satisfied with his work and the fact that he kept me in the loop. Their price is also the best among all the quotes.

The company is phone-friendly and seems willing to quickly troubleshoot [by phone] if you have explored the problem somewhat, for example bathroom ceiling lights that do not work i.e. do not respond to the light switch. When I isolated the light switch as a possible culprit and had all the wires coming out of the wall laid out --- 3 black , white and bare ground lines each for a total of nine-- the electrician who answered was very generous in sustaining a 3 to 5 min phone conversation that helped my trouble shooting to further isolate issues. That one encounter tells me I would go with them for a complete solution as needed.

Massis came out to my place in Livermore that had a couple of non working outlets. Other places I called didn't respond, but Massis found a short opening in his schedule and told me he would attempt to fix it. Lo and behold, he showed up 30 minutes early and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. One of the other places I called said they would have to send out a ""diagnosing"" technician first, then a couple days later schedule a crew to do a repair. Massis and his partner found it as a loose neutral in minutes and fixed it right away and only charged me his minimum service fee, and I was able to get it done the same day I called due to him being luckily in the area!
