I found AMZ on yelp and decided to call him because of the rave reviews. I needed 6 fans installed and Massis was able to do this the next day. Massis and Kevin came to install all six . The Only prob was the fan remote was faulty and Massis came by the assess the prob and placed another one without a complaint.
He also installed our flat screen tv onto the wall & hung our prewired pendant lights.
Very happy with his service & will definitely use him again. 5 stars Massis!

Massis is excellent. I made an appointment for him to install 2 ceiling fans on new switches, as well as replace numerous receptacles around the house.

He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional the entire time. Our house is old and has a ton of quirks but he was able to navigate just fine with no damage to any walls. He even found a receptacle I didn't even know I had in my office hidden behind the drywall.

I am very pleased with his work and will definitely be hiring him again.

He did a wonderful work. I had to install 12 recessed lights, cable, Internet and re-wire 3 bedrooms. He came and after looking the place told me that 10 lights would be enough making me save some money. He found few problems and the attic was like an oven (103 outside) but he was able to work it out. In order to get everything done as soon as possible he worked on July 4th too. He cleaned everything once to work was done. Other very important thing (at least to me): he always answer the phone when you call him!

I called Massis this morning and although he was pretty well booked for the day, he said he would try to fit me in. He did. My electric problem was fixed quickly and professionally. Massis is bringing back pride in contractor work. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and fair. My wife asked for fountain on a back yard. 2nd review :) first time I used Yelp for home repair/maintenance...

I found Massis on Yelp, and am following the previous 10 reviewers giving 5 stars with yet - you guessed it, another 5 stars.

I needed to draw electricity/hang fan box on ceilings in two rooms to hang fans - he showed up 10 minutes before the appt, was very professional and pleasant - and got the job done pronto. Even had to go across town to get some parts, and did not charge me for the gas/time...
Massis cleaned up everything and was very efficient - and he also looked into another issue for free ..I kept telling him not to worry about it but he insisted on finding the reason how/why a switch was connected to a different room (weird), even though he was pressing to get to another job..He disconnected it to lessen any confusion in the future with babysitters/etc..

I will be calling him back when i need to power up my whole house fan...

We called several electricians about installing two ceiling fans in our home (including, installing the boxes in the ceilings) and all the quotes were outrageous. Massis was, by far, the most reasonable. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. We will definitely will calling Massis again for any electrical work we need! He's great!

This is a very embarrassing review that I have to write... I called Massis because half of our outlets in the kitchen stopped working. I tried resetting the fuses and pressing the ""test"" and ""reset"" buttons on the outlets but couldn't get the outlets to work. Massis quoted me an hourly rate and when I asked when he could come out, he told me he could come over in 15 minutes! Amazing! Now for the embarrassing part... Massis walked into my kitchen and pressed the ""test"" and ""reset"" buttons on the outlets and they turned on! I guess I just didn't press them hard enough :( Massis was very nice and didn't charge us anything for the visit!! I felt so bad because he drove out to our house for something so silly. But at least now I know a great electrician if I ever need any real electrical work done :)
