We had asked a friend of ours for a referral for an electrician and he gave us the name William Penaloza of Amplified Electric Inc.

The power to our water heater and deep freezer had suddenly gone out and we were in a tough situation. We called him and he responded immediately. He was friendly and very professional. He made a very quick appointment for us the next day, as we were able to run extension cords to keep these things going until the next morning. His communication was excellent. He arrived when promised. He has a very kind and professional demeanor. He was very clean and paid close attention to preserving the walls and the floor, even wearing paper booties. He very quickly figured out the problem. Based on what we had told him he had brought parts which happened to be perfect for the job. His labor rates were very reasonable and it was obvious that he did not inappropriately mark up the cost of the parts. He performed the work very quickly. The next day, we realized we did not point out one other thing that need to be fixed. Without complaint, he came back on the weekend and fix it in short order as well, even charging us much less than we had expected. We could not recommend Will more highly! Thank you.

Will is awesome! Easy to schedule. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable about lighting design and functionality. He walked us through exactly how the lights we were installing would look before beginning the work confirming that's what we wanted. We called him for a couple of projects - install recessed lighting in our high ceiling living room, install recessed lighting and chandelier in our dining room and fix some of the circuits that my husband shorted trying to do projects himself :) the lighting turned out beautiful and he left the project so clean there was no dry wall to patch up!
