I used ample electric to replace a panel at my house . The workers were very professional but also very efficient they did a great job . There prices were more that fair also . Thank you ample everything works great

We made an appointment for 7am since we had prior engagements later in the day. The night before, Ample called asking us if they could move the appointment to 10am. I said okay but let them know, we would have to leave by noon. He said that would be fine. The next day, the technician showed up at 11:30. No calls to let us know that they would be later than our scheduled appointment. We had to head out at noon so we couldn't keep the appointment. When the technician came back later in the day, he was at our home for less than 10 minutes. We were charged $140 when the technician didn't have to do anything (it was a mistake on our end). I inquired about the $140 charge and was told that they run on a window, which we were never told about and I had made clear when scheduling (and rescheduling) the appointment that we had head out by noon and no one ever mentioned that they scheduled a window of time. They told me 7am, then 10am. She also said, since our appointment was on a Saturday, the rate would normally be higher since it was on the weekend. Another piece of information we were not told about. Its so convenient that they are in Winters, since we live in Winters but unfortunately, will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I had Polo come to my house yesterday to install fans and a light fixture. He was quick, polite and professional. I was impressed with Jose when I contacted him because he scheduled me quickly, and worked around my schedule. I have had two other electrical companies ""flake"" on me but Ample Electric came through. I am looking forward to having them back to my home to complete more work soon!

Love Jose and his team. I had a bad electrician screw up my whole new panel that the insurance company sent out. Jose's team went through and redid the entire project for a reasonable fee. I now use him for all my electrical needs. Everyone who sees my new panel and work comments on how awesome it looks and wants to know who did it!

Office is in Winters, but I am in Woodland, no issues servicing my area.

UPDATE: I called and called and rechecked in and in and kept getting excuses on why they weren't calling me back, setting appointment, etc. After a month I said forget it!

We used Ample Electric just a couple of days ago on a recommendation from a friend. Nicole in the office was prompt at returning calls, and Jose (owner) was out that day as we had an emergency. (He cam out at 6pm after having been working since 5:30am).

He knew his stuff. Tested everything and reset our well to the proper pressure. Follow up has been great too.

Jose from Ample Electric just left my house after fixing my the wiring to my air conditioning unit. It's Sunday and over 100 degrees, so it was an emergency! Jose was here quickly. He made the repairs and in no time my a.c. unit was working. Jose was polite, efficient and the price was great. I highly recommend Ample Electric. I will definitely call them again if I need an electrician.
