Called Fazel on Thursday evening needing help with a malfunctioning outlet. He was here Friday morning, communicated timing before arrival, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and resolved the issue. He also installed a ceiling light fixture on the spot within 10 minutes -- not what I'd called him there for, but he was able to quickly handle at the end of the visit. Polite, respectful and helped us figure out which breaker belonged to certain outlets so that we could issue spot for next time (not needed to resolve our issue but much appreciated)

5 stars. Dude knows what he's doing. Called him this morning and he said I'll be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later he's at my door. Troubleshooted the issue, fixed the problem and was efficient. Very fair prices, considering it was urgent. Explained the problem and recommended some other work that was very reasonably priced too. He's my new electrical guy. Just book him.

On July 23 2024 my air conditioner stopped working and my freezer in the garage was not functioning as well. I also found out some of the electrical outlets were not working too. So I went electrician hunting on the website. There were so many electricians to choose from but I settled for ampere electric. In a nutshell I found the right electrician to troubleshoot the electrical problem. When I called ampere electric on July 24, 2025 Fazel answered the phone. He asked me some questions about the electric problem. He trouble shot the problem over the phone and he said he would be in my house between 5:00 PM - 6:00PM. He arrived at around 5:25 PM and immediately went to work. After 30 minutes or so my electrical problem was solved. The main thing I noticed was he already knew what was wrong and he had replacement parts in hand. The value was par with other electrician, some handyman will charge less but am not sure if those are licensed to do the job. Thanks Fazel. I now have a go to person to call if I have an electrical issue.
