Requested a bid on a job, I was told I would get it that night or the next morning but no bid ever appeared. When I tried to contact them I was ""ghosted."" Never even received a courtesy notice that would not be bidding. This bid was requested by Trinity Episcopal Church with me as the contact person, since I am the buildings and grounds supervisor.

So, our landlord decided to hire Amped Electric to install new wireing for an A/C unit to replace the swamp cooler; which I hope it's going to be ALOT cooler & possibly some new outlets (which will be up to the landlord). I know he's going to do an excellent job & is going to be very clean & professional. Don't know when it's going to be done..I suspect some time here in a few weeks.

I wish I was able to fully utilize the service so I could rate higher. Eric was great very personable. He came to my house to take measurements and give me an estimate of the work being done and then poof he's gone. I have tried to contact him for the past three weeks and I have gotten no response at all. I have texted, called and left voicemails. Wish customer service was much better.

Very impressed with my interaction with Eric. He called me back quickly, was polite, and offered to come out to the house to see the scope of the work to give me an estimate. In the end we weren't able to work out timing but I'll definitely keep him in mind for future electrical work.

We hired Amped Electric to convert our electrical from 1928 into today's standards. Eric and his team were very professional throughout the process and were very accommodating when there were small changes or additional items added during the renovation. All in all, we were very pleased and will contact them again as we continue to renovate our 1928 home.

Eric arrived right on time with another electrician. They proceeded to put together and install 5 ceiling fans and a security doorbell. They were great in that they were neat, friendly, on time and got it all done in less than 3 hours. I would not hesitate to call them again for any electrical work I might need.
