They sent out this guy to work on my camper and he was acting really funny when I was near him. After noticing he had a pistol in plain sight in his waist band i immediately went inside. I have no problem with guns, but this guy kept touching it making me uncomfortable. He seemed unsure of what he was doing, and when asked for a price he acted like he didn't know anything and then told me the office would call me. I didnt mind speaking to the office but I'd like to know what I pay per hour before the work was done. Would not recommend this company for fixing camper issues.
Initial contact ""hi I'd like a quote please"" Response, ""we are too busy we aren't giving quotes or taking work. ""
My sons home burned and we needed temporary power for a camper so he would have a place for his 6 yr old and himself to stay. I had tried other electric companies and none responded. I called Amp on Monday afternoon and they came out to look at the situation. They saw the little blond and knew they wanted to get them power as soon as possible. They went above and beyond by getting the job done. I highly recommend these guys. If there was a 10 star rating that is what I would give them. Thank you!!!!
Awesome service. Great prices. This company was very professional, the work was done in a timely manner. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend using this company. I feel safe with the electrical work that was done on my home.
Be careful. Grossly overcharged. Company was at my property from 9:30 to 12:00 so 2.5 hours. Charged me for 5.5 hours of labor at $75 an hour. When speaking to the owner he stated that even though they did not arrive till 9:30am they started charging me when the employees arrived at 7:30am stating that they have to spend time loading the truck for the job. So company is charging me for time employees are prepping for their work day? Coffee, morning meeting, breakfast, and loading the truck for the days work? Even starting at 7:30am that is 4.5 hours of labor. Charged me for 5.5 hours, no idea where an additional hour comes from. Replaced a light switch and a receptacle. $20.50 in parts and 2.5 hours labor should be a bill of $208, instead I was charge $433. Job got done but certainly wouldn't recommend.
