Kathleen S.Called in Dec. The man came told me what it would cost. Said he had to order parts and would be back in a week. Called two weeks later said parts would be in the next day snd he would call. It is now the end of Feb. and still hasn't called or come to fix the problem. Called someone else and it was done in a day.
