These guys are great! They are our favorite electricians. Here's what happened to us. It turns out the previous owners of our home did a lousy job with setting up the electrical wiring. On a referral, we called John and his helpful crew and they came over, and electrical sleuthed the problem, and fixed it. Now everything works great! As an added bonus, John and his co-workers and kind and friendly!!

John responded to my Yelp message right away and it was after 7 pm and told me he could come by in the morning. He came to my house with Matt and they both got right to work. I had a panel issue regarding switches just not be turned over hard enough and had them replace about 5 light switches throughout my house. Both were very respectable and quick. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

I submitted an estimate online through yelp and all of a sudden, I got tons of messages from various electricians in the area who can assist. Amp Champ Electric sent me a message and I called them. John was very responsive and came same day! In fact from what I described to him over the phone (under kitchen sink electric plug doesn't work after it got wet) he already diagnosed the problem. When he came out, he was correct! The GFCI was shut off and all he had to do was go to the control panel and reset everything. He showed us the the kitchen reset have now moved over to the solar control panels versus the old house control panels. It was a quick visit but he got the job done! Thank you!

PS: I have done various research and his price is fair. Lady B Electric wanted to do an emergency visit and that was just $200 to come out. Michael Leasure also reached out and spoke with their office manager who would pass my info to Mike. I never heard back from them. APG Electric was going out of town and couldn't book me til 2 weeks later. Seems like electricians in the area are all booked and busy or flaky and dont respond. Try Amp Champ, he is a man of his words.

John did a great job along with his helper Matt of hanging a chandelier from a 17' ceiling. He had to make a few trips for longer ladders but he got it done and it's beautiful. Thank you, John.

John is a very competent electrician as well as a good-natured guy, who successfully assembled and installed a ceiling fan that he immediately had to remove due to a defective motor. John returned really quickly to install a working replacement fan, and was very reasonable in what he charged.

John replied to my Yelp quote request quickly, we had an informative conversation, and he and Matthew came out a few days later. They replaced our ceiling light with the new ceiling fan/light combo, were neat and efficient and knowledgeable, and great at keeping us informed. Sadly, the fan was defective, and will be returned! John offered to come down to remove the defective one and install the new one when it arrives, all at no additional charge. A great guy, and excellent electrician.

A++ I WILL ONLY USE AMP CHAMP from now on. Best Price. Honest and hard workers. I needed the entire house done at a specified time, so they came everyday on time and got it done. Took care of my whole house wiring. He also made some great suggestions for lighting fixtures because he use to do that professionally as well. John is an extremely knowledgeable Contractor, he even explained how I could fix my mothers electrical lighting problems in her house. Mr Sparky electricians from Santa Rosa and others have not impressed me with their work etc. I will def be calling John and his guys again when I'm ready on the next house. And the PRICE was even slightly under his bid because he found parts at a better price later on after the bid. TY A+
