Rick S.We had kind of an immediate situation, where among two other items, our breaker went out to our oven, and we happened to need it by Friday - so I put in a yelp request for the project, to I believe 13 electricians. Some responded right away with message where they appear to be proud of indicating that they want to ""reduce their carbon footprint"" so would need to do a zoom call, and then another, who wanted to have a conversation with photos, then one who responded two days later, and then others, who never responded - then there was Jestin. He emailed, texted and called right away, and guess what, although, we are kind of out of the way, he would be out tomorrow (Thursday). Good, simple communication, getting right to the point, and obvious knowledge. Well, he and James came out earlier even than he said he would - which was great. Super professional, and personable, and, had the exact circuit that I needed replacing in his truck. How often do electricians and plumbers show up, but then, have to go to the hardware store to get the part - and charge for their time? this was refreshing. They were in and out in 30 minutes, and we have two other projects planned for the near future. How relieving. So glad we finally have a straight up, honest, hardworking electrician.
Erica H.Jestin was great! He arrived early and communicated well throughout the whole experience. I needed an electrician to install a light fixture and to run a couple of lines to wall switches for me. One of the switches did not work properly, so he offered to come back once I got a replacement and installed that at no additional cost. He was friendly, clean and polite. His services were reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again in the future for any electrical projects.
