Contacted Dan today to have him come check out some conduit which was a concern by our Paver Company as it was not 18 inches below ground. Dan came out and recalled coming out to our place before when it was owned by the prior owners. At that time, he made repairs at the pool equipment area. During the course of his repairs at that time, Dan located conduit which was not up to code. Dan disconnected this conduit and took an outlet off the pillar near the patio. Because Dan had already dealt with this issue a few years ago, he saved us big time by not having to go through the trenching to bury the conduit nor potentially expensive electrical repairs. Dan wrote a letter stating all of the work that was done before which was forwarded to our paver company. Dan further stated if they had any questions, they could contact him directly. I was grateful to pay a small service fee. Would use Dan in a heartbeat if we needed further electrical work!

They were supposed to install new electrical in my new office. However, less than a year later the electrical that they installed does not work. I called both the owner and the installer to come fix it, but instead I got cussed out and told that I was crazy. Also, at the beginning of my call to Dan, I told him that I had checked all the breakers. He kept saying that he didn't want to come out just to find out it is a breaker that was tripped. If you are a single woman, do not call this company.

We found Dan through a recommendation on nextdoor.com. We had an electrical fire at our panel during the major rainstorm in January, completely burning out our entire panel. We were without power and desperate. Dan came out - in the rain, and within hours of our call - to take a look. The storm was just getting started, but he knew we were in trouble and started making plans. It was a multiple day job to get an entirely new panel, reconnect all the wiring, coordinate with county inspectors, and test everything, but he completed the work as fast as he could. We are very grateful to Dan for his work. He is friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him!

I called Dan for an issue with the lights on my driveway pillars. He arrived when he promised and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue.. I felt great about the level of service I received as well as the price.Dan was great! Very knowledgeable and a really nice guy.I highly recommended this company.

I just recently used Dan and his company to replace an existing exhaust fan in a bathroom that stopped working. I had couple of estimates prior to talking with Dan who happen to be doing some work for a neighbor. I explained to Dan what I needed. He suggested possibly doing a insert. Kurt showed up the next day to look at it. Kurt evaluated what the problem was and fixed it by replacing it with a brand new insert. Kurt before replacing the fan, sat out on the front lawn and cleaned the entire unit before replacing it. Something that didn't go unnoticed by my mother in law. AMMA Electric saved me hundreds of dollars.

I would surely use them again. They are a honest family owned business.

Dan saved my day today! Deliberate, determined, thoughtful and willing to share what he was figuring out along the way to solve my electrical problem. He was kind and patient as well. I will be using him again for sure!

This guy was recommended. I call. He's polite and gets all my info. He says he's going to come by to bid the project. The project is putting in 220 for a spa that will be delivered in 4 days. He says no problem. He'll call when he's coming out.
Day before spa delivery I call him because he hasn't called me. ""Uhhhhhhh. When is it coming?""
""Tomorrow.""
""Ughhhhhh."" 1-minute pause. ""I've been really busy. Ughhhhh. I'll call around and see if I can recommend someone.""
""Sure. That would be great,"" I say but obviously my sarcasm can't trump his irony. Why would I entertain a recommendation from this guy? Oh, he didn't call back either.

Advice; if you're that busy hire a secretary or get a day planner or hire more workers. No charge for the advice.

I haven't used AMMA, but my rating is for their van driving crazily down the W-X Freeway. He was in front of me, sweeping between lanes, missing cars by a foot or so, between 5 lanes constantly, and at 1/4 mile, to the I-5 n/S exit, he wound up behind me. Must have been drunk, my guess, or whatever.

Bob and I have used Amma Electric since December, 1997! Gosh, I can't believe how time flies! Dan is amazing! He has installed recessed lighting in our living rm; family rm; and kitchen in our old house. In this home, he has moved lighting from our LR to our Dining area, installed a large ceiling fan for our living room and corrected issues that we found after we purchased the home. I would recommend Dan to anyone, and have. He is prompt, efficient, trustworthy and always lets you know the situation before he works on it. We will use him forever, as we trust him completely and he is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the field today.
