I called Phil because my tenants told me they kept tripping the breaker when using the bathroom electrical. We had just had bad flooding in Big Bear with a snowstorm that followed and everyone I called was telling me they'd be two weeks out! Phil called me back about 5:30, told me he'd just got up the hill but could still come over that same day! I had to pick up my daughter from practice and wasn't able to meet him until 6:30 and he still said that was no problem. So, standing in the dark, while it was snowing he checked out my electrical box, identified the issue, and fixed it. While he was there my tenants asked him to check out a couple of the electrical outlets to make sure they were wired correctly, which he did as well. He communicated with all of us and helped explain everything in an understandable and professional way. He was affordable and fair and his customer service exceeded expectations! I'll be referring him to anyone and everyone that needs electrical services in our area as it can be rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile in our small town. Thank you again!!
