I had Kyle and his crew do ALL the lighting in our Art Gallery. The warehouse had an old unreliable shotty lighting system, so I had him repipe everything and install new warehouse lighting. I was extremely impressed, so I asked Kyle to do all the gallery lighting and the incredible LED color lighting, along with the track lighting. Simply AWESOME and done professionally. I am 100% satisfied and they also came in below budget! I highly recommend American NRG Electric and their complete spectrum of services that they offer. Kyle also replaced and upgraded the main circuit panel that was in the warehouse.

In the construction industry things happen and I expected some downfalls, but none came my way with American NRG Electric. I saw it in the other trades that were here, but also being in construction myself, I understand things happen. The other trades did their part and made everything ""right."" Fortunately, I did not have this problem with Kyle and his team. I will DEFINITELY hire Kyle and his team for all of my electrical needs in the future.

I hired Kyle and his team to replace the electrical panel and redo the wiring. Kyle's pricing was competitive. I can see that Kyle and his team can do the job, but in my case it got messy. Live wires were cut (with fireworks), subfloor was opened up without permission!
After the job was done (and Kyle had OK'd the job), every time it rained one of the fuses popped - I found a missing outdoor outlet (just the wire hanging, its end got wet, shorted out with fireworks).
Inspection was part of the contract with Kyle. I called Kyle, he promised to take care of that and stopped taking my calls afterwards. Long story short, I had to hire someone else to pass the inspection.

I feel that Kyle and his team are all good guys and mean well, but you have to grow up and move on up from the cowboy style - and honor the contract.

Beware! The owner Kyle will take your money and run. He sent amateur workers to do my building and they ended up almost costing me my business. Do not use them! Their work is very poor and they will not do anything to fix the issue except blame everyone else. No accountability whatsoever! Hire someone else! Don't say i didn't warn you

NRG Electric is a great electrical contracting company. They support commercial, industrial and residential electrical needs. Our company has used them for tenant improvements, commercial upgrades and expansion work. They are a small company, but the owner manages his crews well. Always on time and reliable. We have properties in several cities, as well as the county, and they know both municipal and county building codes well. This has saved us a lot of money in the long run. Would definitely recommend NRG Electric for your electrical needs.

This is an update to my review four months ago. The owner, Kyle, has worked hard to fix my concerns from my previous review. I should have contacted him rather than post a negative review. He has worked quickly with great communication and without additional cost to me. Everything I was concerned about is working and in excellent condition, I will be hiring NRG Electric for future electric projects, I really appreciate his willingness to make this right.
