We hired Brandon and team for a bathroom remodel. Since the start of the project Brandon was very responsive, a great listener and gave us great feedback. He transformed the bathroom into exactly what we had imagined. His crew does great quality work and are super efficient. They wEre very respectful of our house and took great care in making sure our carpet and furniture doesn't get harmed in anyway. The whole team was very dedicated and showed up on time. They always listened to and accommodated all our requests. We needed the shower area to be ready for use before anything else and they accomplished thAt!! I greatly appreciated Brandon's professionalism and his organizational abilities. He also made sure that if we ever have any follow up requests, he is available for that. The project was completed in record time.
We are hard to please customers but this team just impressed us so much!!!! We love our new bathroom!! If you're looking for any reliable remodelers, congratulations, you found 'em!!

I hired Brandon for a full bathroom remodel and it turned out great! He was super communicative and responsive, and did a high-quality job (which was most important to me!). He's clearly a skilled plumber and the tile work was great as well.

As always, these things take a little longer than expected, partially due to city inspections and my own desire to add new features and such. If you're on a tight timeline, I recommend being mindful of what might impact it and likely expect a few extra weeks on the back end as there's often surprises.

Brandon and Isidro were both great, and my neighbors actually commented on how respectful and nice they both were - which was awesome to hear :)

Brandon was hired to hang a pot rack for me. Brandon was on time and did a Great job.. he did such a great job he came back after I called him to install a microwave. Owner at the beginning was very nice and professional, but when job timeline fell behind (without communication to us) and we complained he demanded payment immediately; abandoned the job when we refused to pay immediately (invoice terms were not provided). Contractor was disorganized, did not seem to have enough staff or was over committed with multiple jobs, trying to do work on the weekends. Demo started without containment left house & clothing covered in dust. Took payment for materials that were refunded back to his card, and then told us that we owed him money for materials. Felt like he was getting jobs confused with many refunds going on. Clearly inventory was not tracked and he even left materials behind that are still in our garage. Terrible customer service, made us feel like we were a job just for extra cash and not a priority, immature attitude and very bad experience overall.

Branson and his crew came in and out very quickly took them about a week to remodel our master. My wife is excited I'm excited and over all great work.

The good: fast quality work.

The bad: Dust managed to get into the master bedroom, but Brandon ended up hiring a cleaning company to clean up.

Man where do I even start? Found this company through yelp and after talking to Brandon he was super helpful and really nice compared to all the other contractors I had spoken to. He explained his pricing and seemed reasonable for the work needed.. prices were super fair so that why I decided to go with them. Brandon and his crew were super on point and had all the materials before demo started which was very nice because I wasn't out of a bathroom for a long time! If you need someone who's on time and not trying to rip you off please go with American Grade Construction trust me you will be satisfied!!!
