American sent out Dave and he was professional, neat and diagnosed our problem instantly and communicated it to us.

I requested a free quote through yelp and I never got a response. I gave him another chance and called. He said he was having lunch and would call me back after. Gave him my name and number... it's the next day and still no callback. Good luck with this guy.

Edit: He said he called me and left a voicemail, but I'm holding my phone and have no such thing... No voicemail or missed call. But I do know he has my number written correctly, he called me the moment I left the bad review and that call went through.... did he apologize? No he just argued with me and gave me excuses. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I called this company to install a 220 50amp plug for my RV. Dave came the same day and gave a very fair estimate, he even including another outlet repair at no additional charge. They came out on the scheduled day and were on time. The work was clean and professional and fit my needs as promised. I am extremely pleased with the job and will use them again; I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Just called and spoke with Dave. What an awesome person! I informed him that I am purchasing an older home, built in the 50's, and will be needing some electrical work done. I was on the phone with Dave and he answered so many questions and educated me on what will need to be done. Will definitely be working with him once we purchase the home.

Sent them a message on Yelp to get a quote for some projects at my house. Followed up by phone and was able to schedule an appt on a Sunday. Was told they would confirm during the week. Sunday comes around after silence and of course no one shows up. Follow up the next day and was told they only work M-F 7-3:30. I made it clear I work and could not arrange time off during those hours. I was then told they were going to ""pass"" on this project. Very unprofessional.

Dave too the RESCUE!!! This gentlemen did exactly what he promised and made sure I was happy with the results. He even offered to come out if I was not satisfied with work, on a Sunday. Of course only I felt something was wrong or not done correctly.
