Chris A and Tray F. Are absolutely amazing people. They came in within an hour to fix our business exit signs due to a last minute urgent issue we were faced with. They were very professional and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. They each double checked each other's work and were in and out with no questions asked. We will definitely be calling this team for all our business needs. Definitely keep these guys on speed dial!! Thank you so so much Chris, Tray, Kathy, and American Electrical Contracting !! You guys are life savers.

BE WARNED. Service quality has declined a lot. Used them several years ago and had a good experience. Used them again recently. Not good. Didn't finish the job and ghosted me. After several weeks, I called and left a message after hours. Never heard from anyone. A week later, called again and was sent to a manager/supervisor voicemail. Still waiting on a response. I'm going to hire another company to finish the job.

I called to have my circuit panel replaced, and was immediately provided a quote and the repairmen were able to come out within a couple of days. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company! I worked with Ken, Kyle, and Brandon.

I have been trying to get an electrician over to my house for 2 weeks to replace some outside floodlight receptacles. American had previously installed a new garbage disposal, so I tried them. The first appointment was a no-show due to rain. There was no follow-up by the office to reschedule, and there was no record of my appointment when I called again. I got another appointment; again no-show even though the weather was favorable, and again, no follow-up by American. The problem seems to be administrative at the office, not the electricians. Regardless, this is unsatisfactory customer service.

Waited until 15 minutes prior to appointment to make an excuse, then showed no desire to fix nor complete the work they were hired for. Absolutely the wrong way to run a business, and will not be using them for any future residential or commercial jobs.

I was called the day before my appointment with a confirmation. The day of my actual appointment (scheduled for 730 am) they called at 745 stating they couldn't make it because they sent the electrician and the large a frame ladder to a different appointment. My spouse and I shifted our schedules entirely to make this work. THEN American electric guaranteed they could be at my house at 430 pm the same day. I left work early only for them to call and tell me they would only come if I paid after hours pricing. This is TERRIBLE customer service. We will not be using this company for anything going forward.

This is the third time we have had the guys come out from American Electrical. And, as usual, they did not disappoint. Jameel and Chavon actually arrived early and immediately went to work. They took on each task with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. They even conquered a very challenging microwave installation! They got all of the work done in a very short period of time and then cleaned everything up. They both displayed a tremendous work ethic and we enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend them! :)

I've always had great service from American Electrical. They did electrical work on my new (old) condo purchased last fall, including running new wires for various appliances and installing light fixtures. They rewired my old home and replaced the panel about 13 years ago, plus installed a plug for our generator. Every interaction has been professional and I've always thought their prices were fair!
