I was referred to American Electric by a friend. Dwight came to my office to look at the ceiling and gave excellent recommendations for how to handle the installation of all new lighting and fans. He was professional and obviously knew his job. The crew was prompt and dependable. Ken and Robert were very professional and got the job done in record time. They were neat and respectful of the office space, cleaning up after themselves and really doing a truly great job. We are all so happy with the new lights and fans. I will recommend American Electric to all my friends. They completed the job in a manner that was much better than I could have imagined. I recently purchased an investment property that needed a complete overhaul on electrical. I personally have no experience with electrical and prefer to keep it that way. What I did have to go off of was my inspection. I walked through the home with Dwight who is a very experienced professional. He gave me a priority punch list and followed up with an email of what his crew would be doing. He was great at communicating with me and discussed several solutions ranging in price so that I could decide what I wanted to do. Afterwards, he followed up with an email to cover issues he found that I could probably fix myself or he let me know they could come back and do them for me. The company has a great feel to them and I like to do things on a handshake and a good word. I will be a repeat for sure!!
