I had much the same experience as a previous reviewer. He did finish the job but only with drama and threatening to walk off the job if he didn't get more money. If you dare, make absolutely sure Abram understands that it is a quote and not an estimate. Would rather have hired the electrical company that I know is straight up and would finish the job without a hissy fit, no muss no fuss. He finished the job, but with a 25% dollar bonus through blackmail.

This guy Aram works slower than a turtle,but he wants his money up front.
He had a small kitchen job to do with a little framing and some basic electrical.
He screwed up the bulkhead and did not finish it correctly and left live wires uncapped for a week. He would always leave a mess.
He does not show up and takes forever. I could not wait to be rid of him but as he was paid it took forever to get him to finish. HE did not finish correctly and was supposed to paint a small bulkhead and then only painted half of it and left a big mess.I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
