I have another great story about Joe from AmCro. I've been looking at the other reviews and it doesn't surprise me that a lot of other people have done the same thing I'm doing here. Other electricians told us we would have to run a new electrical line to our hot tub in the master bedroom, quoted us a price of $700. Joe came in, used technology the other guy didn't have to find the electrical box in the wall that the builder had plastered over and added a switch and we were DONE! Saved us $500. Came one day after we called, was a good guy, dealt with my dog who can really be a chore ... so happy with this find. CALL JOE!!!

After Joe was the only electrician who offered a free house call to diagnose my problem (my chandelier stopped working and it was clearly not lightbulbs), we arranged to meet within one day. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem within one minute. It was literally just a quick adjustment of an old fashioned switch and I again had light. He didn't charge me anything. We used AmCro electric when our lights suddenly started dimming in the house. Joe came and diagnosed our problem. He said that we had arcing in the main panel. He gave us an estimate that seemed to be reasonable and explained to us in the details what was the problem and how best to fix it. I have a retail shop in Encinitas, and yesterday, just like that, the can lights as well as the light on my outdoor sign went out. I tried but could not get them on. I called Joe at AmCro electricians whom I have used before. He was there a few hours later and fixed the problem in about 40 minutes. Prompt, courteous, professional, reasonable.

Joe is able to handle any electrical issue you have in your home. We have used his services on at least five separate occasions while remodeling our home. He has expertly hung TV's (and hidden all the cables in the walls), installed new outlets, ceiling fans, double dimmers and dimmers, vanity lights and can lights throughout our home. He is a pleasure to work with and gets the job done exactly as requested. He is our ""go to"" guy for anything electrical.

Great service! Had an electrical outlet short circuit due to water this morning and Joe came out in an hour and a half after promptly answering my phone call (I had tried another local electrician, who never returned my calls). The outlet was fixed in less than 15 mins, and now we can relax and know the house isn't going to burn down now. Highly recommended!

Called the store at 8:00am...it's 8:50am and the problem has been fixed. Can't believe we went without lights in part of our house for 2 days!

Price seems reasonable. Breaker changed for $110.

If we ever have any electrical problems again I won't hesitate to call this company back.
