I was assigned this electrician via an electric vehicle grant that I received from the Clean Vehicle Assistance Program, through a company called GRID Alternatives.

I was originally nervous at being assigned someone from out of my area, especially considering issues, permits, etc...

That said, Clemente and his team did an outstanding job. No issues with permits, they arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Clemente walked me through the installation, clarified any questions I had, and the installation was perfect.

Highly recommended for EV install or other electrician needs.

This is my second review of Ambro Electric as Clemente (owner) just installed my second Tesla Wall Charger outside as we have 2 Tesla vehicles.
I would strongly recommend him for any and all electrical work for both residential and commercial buildings.
He is professional, courteous and very honest person who will go to extra miles to make sure you are pleased with his services rendered.

After installation, he made sure all the debris were cleaned up and followed through with getting his work performed got inspected by the city inspector for permit.
I was pleasantly surprised to have the second set of Tesla Wall Charger and got city permit all in 2 days!
He even sent me a copy of online city permits at 7:30pm when I asked him to email me a copy at his convenience.

If you are looking for a credible electrician who is honest and competitive in pricing, look no further.
Only reason why he has less than a dozen Yelp reviews(all 5 stars btw) is because he only just recently opened his Yelp account few months ago.

I am certain total number of reviews for his business will rapidly increase as he will continue providing his excellent services continuously.

Clemente is one of those rare professionals who truly takes ownership of his work and is committed to doing an excellent job, from start to finish. He had me send pictures to determine the exact scope of work necessary, completed the city permitting process, handled the hardware order/delivery, and of course did the installation which included modifying our electrical panel and running the 240V circuit almost 50 feet around our home to the garage. I was consulted throughout the process to ensure that any preferences I might have--about the exact path of the circuit, the positioning of the hardwired Level 2 EV charger, etc.--were exactly met. When my three-year-old son wanted to watch the whole process, Clemente was very accommodating, answering his questions and ensuring the work area was clear of anything dangerous he might get into. Clemente even set up the system to allow for upgrades in the future without needing to re-run the whole circuit. It's incredibly convenient to plug and charge my EV at home now. I could not be happier with the outcome, and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family who are considering getting an EV in the near future.
