We just had chris finish our house today and couldn't be happier. Originally I had him come out for an estimate over a year ago for a hot tub but now that we are expecting, we decided to put in a second bathroom instead. He politely told me in an email at the time I contacted him that he was busy for the next few months and recommended another electrician (which I thought was very professional). Thankfully, we made it work with him a few months later and here we are now with all sorts of new electrical wiring in our house. He did all the work himself and did it fast. He made no mess whatsoever, he patched all the holes in our house that he made. He was independent and super super knowledgable and even let my know-it-all-architect husband butt-in and review his work (sorry about that chris). Should we have work in the future we will not contact anyone but him, hopefully he still has time for us because I am certain he will be getting crazy booked with all these fantastic reviews. Which leads me to the one terrible review on him, I honestly think that guy was talking about someone else, because Chris patched everything and did such a great job with it all.

Chris did a terrible job installing some new wiring and an outlet at my house. His work was sloppy and unprofessional. He cut multiple holes in the drywall and still ran the new wiring in a conduit outside of the wall in a finished room. This would have been fine in a warehouse, but not in a residential home.

He did not patch any of this work afterwards. He did not even clean up the mess he made, leaving drywall debris all over the room. He also made 2 new dents in the ceiling. Most importantly, the installation was not performed according to code, which he never explained until the work was done.

Chris did a great job, gave us valuable advice, and over all we're supper happy with the results. Chris offers reasonable prices with outstanding service and quality of work!!

A friend recommended Chris Davis to us- we moved into a new home and it was in need of a new circuit panel as well as ceiling lights and lights for the back deck.

Chris did an initial walk-through, going over all the possibilities. He spent over an hour at the house and then gave us the estimates for each job. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and time he put into the discussion.

We then settled on a date and he came on time and completed the work in the timeframe he had anticipated.

His work was excellent and the rates very competitive.

He is also super nice and easy to be around.

I highly recommend him and will use him again for future jobs.

Chris has helped us many times over the last few years, from quite big jobs - setting up an array of lights and outlets - to just a single power outlet. Always a pleasure to deal with, completely professional, absolutely straight about costs, always on time. Sometimes spots things that badly need doing I hadn't even noticed. Much the best electrician I've encountered. I sometimes worry that he doesn't charge enough. And fun and engaging to talk to, I look forward to his visits.

I concur with the other 5 star reviews here, and would be very surprised if anyone ever gave Chris less than 5 stars!

Chris is friendly, personable, intelligent, helpful, knowledgable, fair, neat, honest, and shows up on time. Everything you want your professional to be.

Not only was his work perfect, but in the process of patching the holes he had to cut in the wall, he patched a couple of other spots nearby - I felt like he was treating my home like it was his.

When he was done I had him pencil me in for another job - he's absolutely my go-to electrician now!

One caveat - he's a busy guy (for good reason), so you might need to wait to get an appt. with him. Go ahead and wait; he's worth it :).

I am mostly a do-it-yourselfer but sometimes you need a pro. Chris is a pro. I just needed a consultation on the status of my wiring and whether any upgrades were needed. Chris came by (after calling to see if he could come EARLY - YES!) and quickly and clearly explained everything in a very clear and down to earth way. Super nice, no ego, no attitude - just a regular, intelligent, professional, nice guy that knows his stuff. Refused any compensation for his time though I offered multiple times AND told me to call him anytime with questions. so nice to know there's folks like this in the world. Thank you Chris.

Chris just finished re-wiring our bathroom. His bid was significantly less than others we were quoted. He did great work and was a pleasure to work with. I'm a first time re-modeler (took our bathroom down to the studs) and have been hiring my own workers- plumber, drywall, tiling, etc. He was the best of all the guys I worked with. Reasonable price, great work, and super easy to work with.
