Suddenly one morning half the outlets in the house went dead, and none of the 240 volt equipment would work. I called Zach, he called right back and was at the house in a matter of hours. Turned out the main circuit breaker was half burned. It was out of manufacture for some years. Zach located another one, had it shipped and as soon as he received it, he came out to the house and installed it. The inside of the panel looks so much better than it did. I'm back on the grid, and I've found my new electrician!

I called Amaral electric on Friday Zack called me back and said he would text me on Monday and let me no when he could make it out. I texted him on Wednesday because I never herd from him. He came out on Friday. Zack was very nice person and I was happy I waited, he told me he could do the job and would come out early the next week he would text me with day. The following Thursday I texted him and asked if he was going to make it. He told me he would be out the following Tuesday. Tonight is Thursday night no word from Zack. Even though I like Zack I don't like being stood up three times with no text or call to let me no anything. Its hard for me to give a bad review to someone I liked as a person but Zack you really need to at least call your customers and let them no your not going to make appointment and let them no progress. I'm not sure how you got 5 stars for your communication maybe I was just unlucky.
