Kevin, the principal of Amaral Electric returned my call and offered a reasonable estimate for the work I presented in an email. I agreed to his proposal and we scheduled a work date. On the first work date, he called to reschedule at the last minute. On the second date, he failed to show up. I called the following day to reschedule On the third strike, he not only failed to show but also refused to return my calls.
