We are happy finding this company, they are professional and knowledgeable. Mike helped us tremendously!
We called several AC companies with an existing issue. Every single one of them told us that the unit installed incorrectly and thus we need a new unit and gave us their approximate estimates only for replacements. One of the well known companies came and estimated $45,000 and said because of the ""promotion"", they'll install it for $35,000 . We quickly figured that this is not the company we want to do business with, because he tried to sell several other products to us.
BUT when we contacted AM PM Services, they were prompt to respond and showed up within a scheduled window frame.
Mike repaired it within an hour or two for less than $500!!!
We liked that they are transparent by explaining the issue and what they are doing to repair it.
The repairs been done early this year and AC functioning perfectly.

One of the rudest & unprofessional businesses and Technicians I have ever encountered in awhile! I have select home warranty on my home as an home owner and they are one of the contractors providing services in my area! When I originally called to set up the appt the phone kept going to VM with the mail box full. When the Asian lady finally returned my called she scheduled the appointment for 11am -3pm time frame. She then called me the day of the appt and asked if I could be home by 10am the tech had a cancellation and could come sooner. So I obliged the tech He didn't show up until 11:47am... on top of showing up more than an hour late he barges in my home asking me to pay the $45 service fee upfront!However the guidelines on the select home warranty plan specifically states that the diagnostic service is to be performed 1st then service fee paid if owner agreed to the repairs & cost of repairs...He told me to just stop talking and to give him the credit card number or else he would leave and not come back! I went ahead and paid because it's in the 50s and me and my kids had been with our heat for 2 days already so I wasn't gonna play that game with him. As he went back outside to perform work I immediately called my home warranty company to file an complaint. The agent called the owner of Am Pm services several times of course it kept going to VM. she then asked me to give the phone to the technician once he was available so that she could advise him of the proper protocol & guidelines were and this piece of work wouldn't even take the phone to talk to the agent he said he was too busy working & Responded ""Do You want me to fix the Ac or talk on the phone"" the agent heard his comments and said it's okay ma""am I will get in contact with the owner! Within a few minutes the owner had called the technician I'm guessing to make him aware of the complaint. All of a sudden he starting speaking to me with so much sugar in his voice I could fill a small bakery! However The damage had already been done! I no longer would even respond or acknowledge him I just wanted him out of my house. At this point I had enough of his nasty attitude & condescending remarks... BTW the tech I'm speaking of is a Very passive aggressive Asian Guy probably related the the owner or dispatch is some way! I will NEVER use their services again and I suggest you do your self a favor and save yourself a headache run fast from www.ampmserviceshouston.com 832-243-1689
these people have no interest in providing you any type of customer service satisfaction or speaking to you in a respectful manner! They just want money UPFRONT with subpar service! Take it from me please & RUN FAST!!!
