They didn't do the job they were paid for and the owners were argumentative when challenged to do the work.
I've used this company since having a nightmare of a time with the company who installed the Generac generator for the previous homeowner. My wife and I contracted with Always Ready Generators for a whole house generator. Ran into major installation problems. I thought we were cooked. We received a phone call from the sales lady that we delt with and a nightmare disappeared. This is a stand up company. Rare these days.

We recently had Sam Crane Electrical install a Generac Generator at our home. They did a wonderful job. A few days ago our power blinked off for just a few seconds. Today Sam Crane called to check on us and make sure everything was good. Their monitoring caught the brief power outage and recorded it. It was nice to receive a follow up. After getting a quote and signing it and having a few problems with communications and in sending in requested information that is lost or never looked at in the beginning I sent an email to the company with my fears that after giving the first 25% things would get worse not better. Any good company would know they made the mistakes, apologize for their mistakes and correct their mistakes This is the reply I get back from the company.
It shows how terrible this company is.
