WONDERFUL!!! I cannot say enough about Chris and Tristan (helped Chris install). Chris was a wealth of information when we needed 4 new can lights installed outside in front of our home, 2 new lights in the back, and 2 replacement motion lights. He was articulate and knowledgeable without being overbearing and boastful. Yet, he was confident in what he was suggesting and sharing. When they were finished, everything was clean and tidy, as if they had never been here.... except the fact we have 8 wonderful lights outside! I would gladly/strongly recommend them to any of our friends.

Always on Time used to be my go-to electric company but no longer. I have used them for years and spent three-four thousand dollars on various jobs, but recently, I had minor work done (replaced two outdoor outlet covers) and was charged $550 for the job. I felt that was a bit extreme for just replacing outlet covers, so I tried to contact the owner who I have done business with for years because he is the decision maker about pricing, and after six weeks of being ignored, I finally came to the realization that I am not valued as a customer. Always on Time will do good work for you, but if you run into any issues at all, you will not be able to have your problems resolved as only one person makes decisions and that person is too busy looking for new customers rather than servicing their existing, loyal customers. I am so disappointed in how this played out, but I can't do anything but warn others.

We had to install a new line for an oven in our kitchen remodel. David came up with a solution that saved us a lot of money and prevented having to cut through a lot of dry wall that would have taken a lot of time and delayed the whole remodel schedule. The price was very reasonable.

So THANKFUL for Chris W. who serviced our house at the last minute today. We had been having several issues with two outdoor outlets and Chris went above and beyond to fix them. One outside outlet had been installed by someone who had no clue what they were doing and Chris was able to fix it by running a new power leg to the outside after exhausting all other options for this crazy outlet. He was knowledgeable, timely, professional and very personable. I definitely recommend this company!

Great response time and service. They were very polite, but being charged 60$ for him to hit a reset switch that was behind some boxes in my garage seemed uncalled for. He literally only spent less than 5 minutes at my house. We would use them again but only after we make sure all resets have been pressed.

This company and staff are amazing. They were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. And, of course, they were always on time. The job was to install 2 ceiling fans which I had purchased. Due to defective parts, the job took 3 separate trips. Although they rightfully could have charged for all three since the problem was not of their making, they only charged for 2 which was very considerate. I would highly recommend them. They did great work.
