Rick C.I called Charlie at Always On Electric and ask him to send someone to: 1. Replace an outdoor outlet that wasn't working
2. Replace a ballast on a fluorescent light
3. Determine what size generator I would need for a back-up system and I told him this was my main reason to have someone come out.
A very nice young man came and looked at the situation and told me: 1. I needed to replace the receptacle 2. I needed to upgrade to an LED light 3. He know nothing about how to figure out how to determine what size generation I needed. He then told me that the owner of Always On Electric never gave him parts to do the jobs he is sent out on. So he called his boss and said it was $150.00 for the ""service call"". So we have someone who comes out and tells me that the issues I have are what I told them about to begin with. And that he could not do any of the repairs or make a recommendation on what size generator I needed. I asked that I pay the bill when he was done and his boss said to collect cash or a check before leaving. I hired someone else to do the repairs and the cost was $150 for the service call and the repairs. I am demanding a refund as the company sent someone out not prepared to handle the job.

He and his crew showed up right on schedule for both rough electrical and finish work. His crew members were extremely professional. Charlie has a great sense of humor and confronts each unforseen difficulty as a temporary bump in the road to be fixed. Charlie was not cheap, but his price was fair for the quality of work and service he provided. We would definitely use him again.
