Rude as hell, came out to do a estimate on our house. Explained what we wanted done, first thing out of his mouth, what are your other estimates? No that's not how it goes. Do your estimate and we'll talk about it. Says he can't start till he knows what price we can afford.. Really dude. When I asked to just give me his estimate he proceeds to say I don't know shit about what I want and I should know what I am doing.. No mother fucker that's why I called a ""professional"".. When you figure it out call back he says, and not to wast people's time. Well the first two company's knew what I wanted and understood. Looked at house, gave me a quote in 20 minutes. This yahoo spent 20 arguing with me without even looking at the house, never went passed entrance. All I wanted to do was relocate a couple outlets and switches and replace the old 1950s wireing in two rooms due to a remodel we are doing. So screw this guy, screw his attitude. Went with the first company I called. They came out the next week, spent 6hrs here and things looked great, worked and where actual pros. How much money have you lost because of your interaction with people. At least you didn't get mine.

0 stars!!
My friend, whose 9 months pregnant might I add, and husband were driving on freeway and one of their work vans cut across 3 lanes then flipped them off and brake checked them. They took a picture and tried to call his job.. this same guy answers and says ""yeah I see you behind me bitch what are you gonna do about it."" Very unprofessional company. I wouldn't recommend anybody to use this business by allowing that type of behavior/language.

We were recently driving down Tributary off of Hazel Ave. when out came this work van with signage Always Electric in front of us. My wife had to slow down, honked her horn and the driver, who looked like an unshaven older man, glared and flipped her off. He was definitely in the wrong jamming out in front of us.
If they work like they drive, get a second opinion.
We'll always definitely put Always Electric in the 'do not call' category.

Owner was very rude!!!! Cut me off while speaking and told me to let him ask questions so I didn't waste his time!!!! Then told me to call someone else when I explained what the issue was!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Do not call unless you want to feel belittled!!!!

I would give more stars if I could. Always electric is absolutely amazing . We lost power and had an emergency situation. Wayne was quick to respond and him and Chris got to work right away. They went above and beyond fixing and replacing Our entire electrical box and panel. Their price was more than fair and they really know what they're doing. I can't say enough about how great of a job they did and the peace of mind they left us with not having to worry about my our burning down.

This is the second time I used Always Electric. I found that their price and service are excellent. Also, they are reliable and stand behind product. I had a minor issue after they installed the panel, they came in right away to fix it. I mean right away. It was Sunday morning and they came within 10 minutes to fix it. Therefore, when I have some electric problems with the duplex after the tenants moved in, I asked Wayne from Always Electric to handle them.
Wayne always answered the phone, and even he cannot, he will definitely return your call within 10 minutes, He can also give you the price over the phone and you can make decision right away. These are important to me as I have to deal with pressing tenants issues.
These are what he did for the various problems:
1. Wayne installed the new electric circuit for the fridge.
2. He also installed the vent for the dryer. As the dryer is not located next to an outside wall, it is quite tricky to lead the vent to the outside, which is more than 7 feet away. He did an excellent job to hide the vent.
3. He found that the current setup of the water hose for the washer is fine. No need to do anything.
4. He also reported that the circuit for the room is fine, the problem is because the tenant is using the blow dryer in her room, instead of in the bathroom. The circuit in the room is not wired to handle the larger ampere from the blow dryer.
I found that he is very honest. Instead of going ahead to do the work and charged me, he evaluated the situations and came back with an honest recommendation, even at the expense of not doing the job. Since I am out of town, I really need someone who can evaluate the situations objectively, as tenants sometimes are very subjective.
Also, from this experience, I found that his hourly rate is not a lot higher than an unlicensed handyman. With his experience, knowledge and reliability, I definitely use him more often, even in non-electric issues. Even if I pay a little higher in hourly rate than a handyman, but it can even out because of his honesty and efficiency.
