Mr Alvarez is a nice man who charges way too much for his electrical work. He did some work for me earlier, and I was quite happy with the work and the price, so I called him to replace a GFI in a bathroom. This took all of 5 minutes max. He charged me $115 for the job. I discussed this with him after talking to several other electrical contractors, none of whom charged more than $75 for the job, and he, in his own way, justified it--not to my satisfaction, however. Needless to say, I will never call him again.
