David Alvarado recently provided me with exceptional and extensive electrical services. He and his team completely rewired my historic 1920 Craftsman home. They replaced the main circuit panel, rewired every outlet, switch and fixture in 8 rooms. He added, dimmers, new switches and plugs. He removed all 1920's knob and tube wiring from attic, walls and under the house. There were some tough places to access in the house and David's team managed all of those well and did all the work rarely having to break a wall. This left little patch work and only minor touch up painting after the job was complete. Everything works perfectly and looks great.
I also want to mention David's disposition and work ethic. They both are impressive in that he is very personable, honest, responsible and reliable. He was also fair in his price. Of all the contractors I have worked with in the past 30 years doing house and condo projects, David is at the top. I would use him again and recommend him to others in a heartbeat!!
