Just moved into an older condo earlier this year and had the owner Jake come out to help me with some smaller electrical jobs. He installed outlets and updated existing ones, and changed out my dining room lighting fixture. He was fast and efficient and even cleaned up after himself! As a courtesy- he made sure an old door bell system had no live wires and was safe for my husband and I to uninstall. (That was really appreciated!) With his quality of work, professionalism, & fair pricing- Definitely would recommend!!
