I called Jose on a Saturday morning with a weird electrical issue that was causing half of the outlets in our kitchen to stop working. He was responsive and came over that day and figured out that the problem was 2 old/loose outlets causing the power to drop. I will definitely hire Jose and Alternating Power again.

These guys are awesome! I needed my electrical panel moved. I was given a very fair estimate over the phone after sending a pic of the panel. I made an appointment and got confirmation, reminders and phone calls. They showed up on time and, did the job and some other things that needed attention. No problems, no leaving for lunch and never coming back, no upcharges, no leaving for parts, and only a very fair addition to the quote for the other projects. I highly recommend these guys and the owner was here doing the job as well. I'm very pleased to find a contractor that's honest and able to get the job done correctly.

They Installed my Tesla power wall for my new model Y. Excellent job of analyzing my panel, exactly what may or may not need to be changed based on reality-- not generating the biggest sale. Big difference as their estimate came in half of the others. Clean, efficient and friendly. Communication was near immediate thorough and easily understood particularly without any prior electric knowledge

Installed a 20amp 230 breaker in my box, and a line into the attic. Also installed a Wi-Fi energy usage submeter. Done quickly , neatly and at a reasonable price.

Back story: Two other yelp electricians said my job required extra work which would cost thousands. Alternating Power Electric looked over my system and quickly quoted me for the job I asked for and nothing else. Their work was clean and completed quickly.

I Will be calling on Alternating Power Electric again and recommending then to my friends and family.

Extremely professional company, I definitely recommend them. I requested an installation quote for a Tesla charger and got an appointment right away. He came out and looked at the electrical panel,measured the current load, and explained what the work would involve. I received a quote the day after. I signed off on it. Once I received the charger, they came back and installed it. They did an excellent job, a very professional installation, clean and quick. I had 2 installers prior to them come and gave me quotes much, much higher without even looking at the current load. One even said I night to upgrade the panel that would cost me 5k or more.
I will use them again for any electrical work I will need. Hire them, and you won't be disappointed.
