Paul and his team are Excellent! Paul is very professional and kind. Paul and his team have installed a brand new electrical panel and they were efficient and completed the work right away. Paul responded immediately to an emergency electrical outage I had on a early Saturday morning and had me up and running in less than 1 hour. They are the Best!

I would not recommend this company. They do poor quality work & have worse customer service. They overcharged me & the work was incomplete. Than made an appt w me to resolve but never showed up. Called me to argue about the bad workmanship. Lastly the employee was sloppy & left a mess inside my house on another project that was also not done properly! See for yourself in my pic.

Had a little job with the electrical on my dryer. Called on Friday morning, Paul called me maybe 2 hours later to discuss possibility for coming out later in the day - said he wasn't sure he could make it but would definitely call me back. Didn't hear from him - this would normally turn me off to a contractor, but since he got such good reviews here and seemed like a good guy from our conversation, I figured I'd give it another shot on Tuesday morning (holiday weekend). He was sincerely apologetic, just like you or I would be if we let down a friend - this is a good guy who clearly values his customers. Paul and Jeff came by later in the day, called a couple of times in advance to let me know when they'd make it, and were in and out in minutes. Despite lack of return call on Friday, I'm still giving him 5 stars - Paul's approach to his business is exactly what I wish every service provider offered.

High marks for a quick, professional electrician who treats customers with respect and appreciation.

I highly recommend using ALPHATEC ELECTRIC. They are fast, efficient and provide courteous service.
Paul located an underground short in my outside wiring, and repaired the situation within twenty minutes.
I have passed along his business card to my friends and neighbors. He is affordable and professional.

We just moved into a brand new house and had our 3 new beautiful ceiling light fixtures ready to install (see photo). We quickly realized they were just too heavy and complicated for us to do on our own. We frantically looked up electricians and found Paul Bernstein (owner) who had some great reviews already online. We asked if he was available that same day and luckily he was! Paul and Orlando showed up later that day and worked until the lights were all installed. These lights were not only high up (10 foot ceilings), but they were also quite heavy as I mentioned. We're thrilled with how wonderful the lights look! Overall, we felt Alphatec Electric was super friendly, professional, and reasonably priced (the quote he offered me up front on the phone was the same at the end of the installation). I would completely recommend to my close friends and family, as I've done already.

Needed an outdoor electrical outlet so, as I often do, I turned to the contractor that provides electrical maintenance services to our 500-home community in Delray Beach. I wasn't disappointed.
