We hired Brian, the so-called professional! Professional liar!!! he stole a senior ladies deposit money... pulled incorrect permits came back said he spoke to Mike Jackson at Building and safety... that he okayed the permit/upgrade and finding out none of this is true!!!. The woman here age of 76 lost her money because of Brian's incompetence to do the right thing! which is get a permit before you do a job! the right permit!!! if you use his service, you should check your mental status.

Let's start with, I agree with everyone else... if I could give this a minus star, I would! Plain and simple they are a dishonest and unprofessional Company that I would never recommend to anyone!! Brian got permits for a job that ended up not being approved by building and safety, wasting my money and time. They refuse to return my deposit. I'm Taking them to court.

Sloppy incomplete work. Doesn't keep contract agreement as written. Still do not have completed paperwork as required by law I do not recommend this company to do any work for you. Also has a bad attitude.

Great above and beyond service!

Recently moved to Bakersfield and bought a home that was a flip. As are most flips, it's a polished turd, so there are a LOT of issues. The one thing I can't fix is electrical so I called Brian.

Like some of the reviewers below, our first phone interaction was short and curt, which I don't personally mind because I understand that he likely answered the phone while his hands were busy with wires. I needed my old 1970's Zinco panel replaced and Brian did it in one day and even replaced some old outlets with loose contacts while we were waiting for inspectors. Since then, I've had him in my home multiple times to fix TONS of stuff.

While fixing my own cabinets, I found a huge hole in the wall with loose wires covered by a cabinet, called Brian and he thoroughly investigated the rest of the home, finding and fixing non-working outlets, non-grounded outlets, and lighting fixtures with no bushings and hot wires, he very quickly fixed every issue, making my home livable and offering me peace of mind. Brian has also been a big advocate for me, happily coming up to bat and providing photos and expert testimony when I had to eventually go after the sellers of my home for a negligent flip that put my family at risk of death.

He recently put in a doorbell chime for me and I've just contacted him again to design and install a solar panel system for me.

The work Brian does is PHENOMENAL, with good prices for a Master Electrician, and he's a genuinely great dude (he also teaches American Kenpo Karate and is passionate about teaching children and self defense, though he's really modest about this) So if you have any electrical issues in your home, call Alpha Omega Electric!

This guy is the worst, I wish it was possible to give zero stars, his work is less than average he has a bad attitude he gets frustrated quickly and began to use swear words, He began saying that he hasn't got paid yet, we said yes you haven't received payment because the work is not finished , in the beginning he told us the work would be 10 days it ended up being a month and still incomplete. I'm currently in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau and the federal trade commission.

I don't even have words to explain what a life saver this company is to my wife myself and our soon to be born son. Left in the triple digit weather we called numerous companies you're not only will not come out to see the problem without charging us first but even knowing the problem would not help us but Brian with only hearing a piece of the story let me know he will be there the same day to take a look free of charge immediately diagnosed the problem we came up with a game plan and everything is well on its way again like I said I don't even have the words to say but this company has done for my family I will always recommend Alpha Omega Brian you are the man.

If I could give this company a minus star I would. We called our home insurance company to have our ceiling fan fixed. The Insurance company sent out the electrician who didn't even respond to the residence to see what needed to be fixed. He went directly to the store and bought a new ceiling fan and brought it to our house. When he installed it he saw the down rod was too short and it would have to be replaced with a longer one. As he was installing the fan, I was on the back porch painting with my kids and could hear him cussing as he was having problems installing the fan. He started to complain that he gets paid by the job and it was taking too long and he was now not getting paid. He then left without completing the job. We called our homeowner insurance and they stated they would have him come back out and the insurance would cover the payment. After fixing the problem he demanded payment from my wife and she told him that the insurance company was going to pay him. My wife telephone the insurance company who stated they would look into the matter and then re-contact us. After realizing the disagreement would not be fixed over the phone he left. He then sent my wife text messages questioning her integrity by not paying him and threatened he would recover his losses through any legal terms necessary. A couple of days later the insurance company called us and they stated they would pay him and we would not have to. They refunded our service fee because of the problems we had to face with the electrician.

Cancelled on me last minute... After a 2 hour drive! Brian decided to cancel a walkthrough after communicating and confirming a date and time. My husband and I drove two hours to complete this walkthrough for my mother's new house.

Not only did he cancel the walkthrough, he said he wouldn't complete the job at all! Left stranded to figure this all out back on square one.

Terrible customer service and so infuriated by someone with ""35 years experience"".

This company is awesome! Brian the owner actually came to my house on a Saturday evening to fix my electric problem which was a bad switch for my refrigerator, he was there quickly and didn't cost me an arm or leg.

Thank you Brian. Your are definitely my go-to electrician!
