Another five star review for Alpha Omega. We had a problem with improperly wired and out of code outlets in our kitchen and living room. I contacted AO and heard back within hours from Josh, who was able to set up an appointment within the week. Next, Gabriel (Gabe) came out, right on time and diagnosed our issues. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and knew just what to do. He was also up to date on all the needed safety codes. Within two hours, we were up and running -- everything is now working perfectly. In addition, Gabe did a quick assessment of our electrical system, as needed for further upgrades. All in all, we were super impressed with AO, Josh and Gabe. Next electrical repair or upgrade, they are our firm.

Gabe (Gabriel) is the man! He went above and beyond on our projects. The main puzzle was a room, which lights and fan haven't been able to work for quite some time. In no time at all, Gabe found the problem by just smelling where the wires were shorting out near the light switch. After opening the wall above, he found the burnt wire that was caused from a screw from the cabinets when someone installed them over 30 years ago. See picture to see the wire. Gabe is respectful, efficient, and intelligent. Ask for Gabe with any help you need !

Gabe and Matt were here today and handled all our needs flawlessly. They were able to get more done in one day than most contractors get done in a week. From Brilliant Smart Home Controllers to Caseta smart switches, these guys can handle anything. Not job is too big, no ask is to small. These guys do it all.

Prompt reply within the hour, site visit and quote next day. Project was booked and completed all within one week. We had a few outlets that needed moving so we could install a bench seat to hold a new wood stove and relocate out tv. Also had them install an outdoor light and hook it up to an existing light switch. They had a patch and paint guy follow up to match our very hard to match smooth texture... did a beautiful job. Josh and his co-worker were very professional. Cleaned up site and came in with a bill slightly lower than his quote. We will use them again.

Alpha Omega Electric is an honest company that does phenomenal, clean work with great communication.

We are first-time-home-buyers and were nervous with the poor electric situation in our new home along with the poor condition the garage was left in. While still in escrow, we were able to coordinate with Jesse to schedule a thorough inspection so we could get work started as soon as we closed on the home.

This originally started as a full panel replacement and then turned into full-garage-remodel. AOE installed the panel in record time and coordinated with PGE for all the permits and scheduling. Jesse was able to adapt the plan quickly to coordinate framing, drywall and paint immediately after the panel replacement. We had lights, fans, Ring security camera, and a new washer/dryer installed as well. We were able to complete a massive project in just a few weeks. We also had a few other odds and ends done with AOE (wiring of CAT6 ethernet to my office, light fixture installation).

During this project, Jesse and his team were evacuated from their offices in Scotts Valley due to the CZU fire and still made sure to stay in contact and keep work ongoing. All big projects have hiccups along the way, Jesse and his team were always communicative to make sure we had a plan for each day.

I would highly recommend AOE to anyone in the area for all their electrical needs and more!

These guys were great. I ran into a problem and had to call late at night, so I figured I'd leave a message - but they picked up the phone! I told them what was up, that I would appreciate a fast fix, and darned if they didn't set up an appointment w/ Jesse right then and there for early the next morning. I was pretty astounded. Jesse showed up on time, weareing appropriate PPE, and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue, started the repair and then called in a 2nd person to help him do the last bits. They even went down to the store to grab a part or two that I needed and brought them up at no markup. Great people, great service, and now, I will be using them again for one of our businesses. Keep it up guys!

Alpha Omega is great! I texted on Sunday night and they responded immediately. Jessy came out the next day, got parts and fixed the issue. He explained everything he did and showed me the parts he replaced. I will definitely call them first with any future jobs.

A little over a year ago these guys came over to quote us for some work on a new (to us) property that needed panel upgrades and some additional switches/outlets. Their quotes were fair, their work was clean and quick, and because some of our carpentry work wasn't ready for certain parts Paul was able to show us what we could do if we felt comfortable and we ended up saving on the original quote with the few things we were able to do ourselves (wire a kitchen island that wasn't in place yet). Highly recommended!
