Knowledgable, professional and highly skilled team! We live in a new build townhouse that was supposedly pre-wired for an EV charger. AOE helped us understand that the builder installed wiring was not to code and the outlet was installed dangerously low in the garage. The AOE team designed a high quality, low-impact solution that provides a wonderful in-garage charging experience! I really appreciated the knowledge provided, the willingness to work with us to find a win-win solution once I understood the builder's errors and the desire to provide my family a safe, reliable and compliant installation.

I had spilled water which got into my downstairs neighbor's ceiling light. The maintenance person told me he didn't think there was any damage but the neighbor insisted there was. I spoke with Duncan who confirmed that he didn't see how there could be damage based on what the neighbor was saying and suggested I ask the maintenance person to go with me to check again before I have Alpha Omega Electric come out. Long story short, Duncan saved me $170 to replace a lightbulb.

Duncan was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest on the phone with me. I'll definitely use them for any future electrician needs.

We were having some trouble with our lights dimming after a windy day with glitchy power. I called Alpha Omega thinking we may need an electrician to come out and take a look.

Duncan was extremely helpful and honest and after asking a few questions, recommended I call PG&E first to have them look at our neutral line going to the house before having his team come out to troubleshoot.

I did just that and Duncan was correct and PG&E is in the process of replacing their line. I appreciate the honesty and expertise and will call Alpha Omega Electric again when we need electrical work done.

They are on time. The quality of work is good. The pricing of the work is reasonable. Whenever I call they always pick up the phone and Duncan is very helpful.

Whenever I need major work done on the house, I usually get multiple quotes and choose the one that's in the middle of the price-range. I needed some major rewiring and a subpanel replaced and chose these guys just based on their excellent reviews. When it comes to electrical work, the only thing that matters is the quality of the work because the stakes are so high (eg, not burning down your house). These guys were not only careful and polite, they worked super-hard to finish the job up and keep the disruption to a minimum.

I live in an older house - and (sadly) I've needed to call for electrician help more than I'd like to. Alpha Omega has been wonderful. They are prompt, responsive, careful and efficient. They clean up after their done (which, surprisingly, a lot of businesses don't!). Their technicians are polite, kind and informative. I don't write reviews often, but this is a business I want to support (although I'd love to not need them...sigh).

This review is LONG overdue... I called Alpha Omega back in April of 2023 to install a new sub panel and a new service panel... as well as a few other things... they also oversaw increasing our service from 100 amps to 200 amps... and in the course of all this also relocated the weather head. Josh (the owner) directed the activities, aided by Luis who seemed to know all you needed to know to do the whole thing himself. There were a couple other folks who diligently helped out. Everything was perfect. All the way from everyone arriving at the appointed time, to when PG&E shut off the power, to actual performance of the work, to the testing of the circuits at the end of the day. Then power came back on and it was like nothing had happened. They did a lot of work in a short period of time. And everything was perfect. It was like having your brain removed, another brain put in its place and everything working as normal when you wake up. Oh yeah, I don't want to leave out Duncan. At the time I think he was the office manager and estimator... but he was the guy with whom I spent the most time. He was super helpful and guided me through the process. So grateful to have him in the mix. We're very grateful.

Since then we had Alpha Omega do some other work. They did the electrical work behind the installation of two mini-splits that were having installed. Luis led the charge for this one. Again everything was perfect. I really have come to depend on Alpha Omega to solve our electrical problems... They're pretty much perfect... I almost can't wait for the next time.

Oh and a word about pricing... I've read that they're kind of on the expensive side. That wasn't my experience... They're not cheap by any means, nor would it be fair if they were. They ARE good... it's a well run professional organization. They will be there when they say. They'll do everything just right and you can feel confident that the work will be done perfectly at the end of the day. In my view, all that was achieved. They are an amazing value and I'm grateful that they worked on our house.

Man What a day! The power went out in a few rooms and I was trying to figure out what was going on! I called Alpha Omega and Duncan The GM took the time to walk me through a quick trouble shoot over the phone. A great experience with a great company! Totally would recommend!
